January and Lodge Concierge

I am considering a trip to WDW the middle of January. Can anyone share related to what I might expect related to weather, park hours and attractions ?

Also, I would love to try service at the Concierge level at Wilderness Lodge. Please share if you have tried this service there.

Lastly, are there ever any "special" rates (bargains) for Concierge-level room rates. If so, where do I find these ?

Any input appreciated.

I've never been at WDW during January so I can't offer advice.

We have gone twice in mid-January and love going then. The weather can be very unpredictable -- we have had 80's and we have had 40's -- so you have to pack for all possibilities. Even if it is cold out we have always had a great time. No crowds at all. Shorter park hours, but with little kids that was never a problem and besides Epcot will still be open late as well as DTD if you need somewhere to go.
