Hope you guys are having a wonderful cruise!!!!:cool1:

If someone could post navigators when you return, that would be great. Also, am curious what your dining rotation was.

I am doing the same itinerary in May and am anxious to hear about the first 4-night cruise from PC. :goodvibes

And- was the Tea with Alice offered?

Thanks!!!!

I would like to get copies of the Navigators as well and pass them on to my fellow cruisers. DH and I will be on the Magic for the 1/27, 1/31 and 2/3 sailings.

My email address is grananajan@gmail.com

I know you all must be having a great time aboard the "new" Magic.

Thanks.

Hiya,

Just returned to Britain having got off the Magic yesterday, have to say the ship looks great but what i found strange that there was quite a lot of work still going on "mid cruise". Silly things like sanding down of wood work etc.

I was impressed with the dinning venues especially the animator's palate, the pictures are very cool :cool1:

Haven t unpacked yet so will hopefully find the navigators soon and pit them up.

We didnt have the best of weather though, Monday was windy and cloudy, Tuesday was very windy and lots of rain in Nassau, Wednesday at Castaway Cay was windy, cloudy and alittle rain and Thursday at sea was again windy, cloudy with plenty of rain. I think we saw the sun for about 20 minutes on the entire cruise :(

I have all the navigators so I will post when we get home. Our rotation was LAAC, I LOVED Carioca's!!! We weren't impressed with the Magic, maybe the poor weather impacted our feelings but we decided to stick with the bigger ships we loved the Dream and decided next time a longer cruise on the Fantasy. Even with the lack of sunshine we had some great moments. We got to be on Match Your Mate, came in 3rd but still won a day pass for the Rainforest room. We also got 2 trophies!!! One for winning the crab race on CC and the other for winning the So you think you know your family. I was really down about the cold temps but when I learned back home in Buffalo they had one of the worst blizzards in 3 decades and temps down to -30 with the wind chill I was happy with rain in the Bahamas!

We were CLLA. I did not ask about Tea with Alice/Disney Friends because it is usually only offered on 7+ nights.

How was it everyone?!

We're leaving tomorrow morning for Orlando, staying overnight and boarding on the Magic 4N Bahamas Monday.

If anyone is up to posting a Navigator, that would be amazing!

Hope you all made some wonderful memories :)

Can't wait to hear everyone's experience from their cruise! We are going on our first on the Magic later this month and love hearing about it.

I would not have liked 2 nights in L's, my least favorite dinner from both cruises I have taken.

Hiya,

Just returned to Britain having got off the Magic yesterday, have to say the ship looks great but what i found strange that there was quite a lot of work still going on "mid cruise". Silly things like sanding down of wood work etc.

This was my eighth Disney cruise and they have done work like this on every cruise. They do maintenance every day and all over the ship. It's interesting to think they work continuously on the ship, a never ending job. That's why it looks so amazing all the time. That salt water and air do a number on the ship and all it's surfaces.

It was a great trip. I loved seeing all the changes.

Our rotation was LAAC. Had a great trip. As others posted the weather was not super and all of Our excursions were cancelled but we found other things to do. Our kids loved the oceaneers lab and club we could barely drag them out. The nursery staff was great with our DD as well.

a few issues we did have that were quickly remedied were incorrect charges on the account. Two members of my family were booked for 3 parasailing excursions. Supervisors said that the system shouldn't have let this happen but it somehow did. They took care of it.

Prices increases did go into effect immediately but when questioned they "talked to a manager" and returned the prices to the prices they were at booking. My mom "alone time spa" increased from 199.00 to 249.00 plus the 18% gratuity. Obviously if she knew there was a increased price on that prior to the cancellation period she could have made a informed decision as to whether to keep it or not. She did call about the port excursions on Dec 26th and the CM on the phone assured her that the increases would not apply to already booked excursions. That was inaccurate. Anyways as I said all excursions were cancelled due to weather so it ended up being a moot point.

Service was beyond excellent. Ship seemed in great repair. Loved our rooms 5005 and 5014.

Food was mostly good.

What little boy on Castaway Cay?

I would not have liked 2 nights in L's, my least favorite dinner from both cruises I have taken.

Belle is my favourite Princess so I was very happy with CLLA. It was also pretty amazing to go from the AP show to Dreams for the last night, like a grand finale of Disney magic.
