January 25-31: Good Time to Go???

Hi all:

I would LOVE your feedback on WDW in January.

My family & I usually go in October but can't go in 2002 so we are planning a trip for January (25-31) 2003.

How's the weather?
How are crowds?
Are there usually good AP discounts? If so, when are they usually released?

Any words of wisdom?

We went Jan. 11- 19 and are planning another trip in Jan. 2003. We loved going in Jan. the weather isn't hot and the crowds were low, except for the holiday weekend (Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday) No trouble getting character breakfasts or character meals. We reccomend Jan.!!

We were there this year from Jan 19-26. The weather was perfect this year, but it can be unpredictable. I agree with Lindaandrob, crowds were light except for MLK holiday. We went to Epcot on the holiday; future world was very crowded, world showcase was not crowded at all.
