Yay!!! I booked my stuff... we were able to get everything that we wanted... Palo brunch, early dolphin excursion, and early stingray excursion. That was fun!

How on earth were you able to book anything (or rather, Palo)?

I was able to book an excursion after logging in and out of the website sixteen times. Then, whenever I wanted to look at other things, like spa treatments or more excursions, and I had to log out, log back in, and go directly.

I haven't been able to book Palo at all. It continually errors out.

Even my travel agent can't get in.

HUH, I was able to get in and book a facial and massage...not sure about the stingrays b/c of water temp...

I could book excursions, but had to log out and log back in and do it immediately. Had to do it with the spa treatments too because when I tried to go from excursions to spa treatments, I got a blank screen.

But I cannot, for the life of me, get the Palo portion to work.

When we took this same cruise in January, the water was around 75 degrees. It was too cold for me, but there were a ton of people in the water. So if you can handle 75, definitely do the sting rays!

I just know I like pools that feel like a warm bath so not so sure I want to brave the water...

Hmmm...we were able to book Pala, spa & excursions without trouble. I'm sorry you're having problems - their site can be so frustrating sometimes - have you tried logging out, clearing your cookies and loging back in? Sometimes that works (but not all the time).

Me too! I tend to not get in water that's under 80 degrees (the adult pool was a nice 82 degrees the entire cruise... we stuck with that most of the time).

At first, I couldn't book anything... so I logged out and closed out my internet program, and tried again a few minutes later. Than I was able to get in. It was frustrating at first! Sorry you are having so much trouble! We don't have our stateroom number yet... bummer!

Pre-trip report?! Really? I have a hard enough time writing my *trip* reports! Eek! I still need to write the honeymoon trip report. I'm getting there. Some things got in the way... we just got a puppy on Friday, so that definitely through a ... bone into things?

Tammy, I was looking at Palo & spa this morning - it looked like there was still plenty available, so don't worry!

As far as the spa goes, so far the only thing we have done is the exotic rasul. I booked a massage for DH this time. They had some pretty good specials running onboard this past cruise that you may want to keep an eye out for - they seemed to be the best deals...

Anyone else have more experience with the spa?

I booked the hydralift facial and the aromatherapy stone massage....haven't done the facial before but I did the massage and it is WONDERFUL!!
