January 2012 - A Photo Trip Report - Tried CSR and loved it

Here's the dig site pool that Eric and Dustin visited one afternoon while I did laundry. Eric said it was warmer than the quiet pool at Casitas. Also he said it was much warmer than the pool at Wilderness Lodge. However WL was the same week 2 years ago so maybe weather had to do with it.

Doing the Kim Possible missions. Dustin loved them all. We did half of the missions one afternoon and half the other afternoon. The bad part was it was in the heat of the day. Perhaps next time we should wait until after dinner. We are looking forward to trying them all again now that they are Phineas and Ferb.

Loved the Mariachi band at Mexico in Epcot. Because Dustin, Shirleen, and Karen were all wearing birthday buttons, they had them come up and they sang happy birthday to them. Dustin had his pocket liners pulled out. They teased him and asked him if he spent all his money!

Dustin's PBJ sandwich. We went back to the candy store to get a mickey cookie cutter so we could make these sandwiches at home. Once at home, I had to buy Peppridge Farm bread though because the bread was bigger to accommodate the ears. Dustin loved showing his friends his mickey sandwich at school.

That's the end of our picture trip report. We were in the parks 8 glorious days. We split it up, but we ended up in Epcot 3 days, AK for a couple hours one day, MK 2 days, and DHS 2 days. Next time we will skip AK altogether. We did not have park hoppers and we did not miss them. One park a day is plenty for us.

We loved CSR and will be back.

You are welcome. We fell in love with it too. We are hoping to go back in January. I'm going to try to get a preferred location so we'll guaranteed Casitas again.
