Sorry I know this question is asked a lot. But I'm having some trouble decided and really need some input.

So DW and I will be taking our first venture to Universal Orlando from Jan 11th-14th, 2011. We're still trying to justify staying on-site, our main reason would be for the front of line passes. There is a huge difference in price however, and if crowds won't be that bad we're thinking it might just be better to stay off-site and save the money.

I know it's really hard to predict crowds, especially with Harry Potter opening. But, any thoughts would help.

Thank you in advance. :)

I don't think you would have to stay onsite in January...it's not really busy that time of year. WWoHP will bring in more crowds but no one knows how much bigger they will be. Unlimited Express is very nice but the lines shouldn't be long enough to warrant spending the extra money to stay onsite.
