January 2009

I always love your AG photo shoots. So creative! As for the princesses, they sure were gorgeous! I think that's one of the best Snow White's I've ever seen! Alice was just down-right adorable as well.

What a fabulous photo shoot!! Mia looked so cute in her Samantha Saves the Day outfit! (That was hers, wasn't it? That was my favorite of the books when I was little. And Samantha was my first AG doll!) The princesses were beautiful too! Great update :thumbsup2

Hey Emma! Thanks for an update! I was gonna scold you if we didn't get one as I spotted you on Nicoles trippie this a.m. LOL! Love the snobbishly AG shoot....that ship looks like it is SO empty in all of your pics! Where are all of those people :confused3

Throughout the cruise on the Disney magic on the sea days I think they have 3 special character breakfasts in parrot cay, one for each of the dinning rotations. All of the charters come to your table during the breakfast. You are told when your breakfast is the night before by your dinning room servers who will also be there.

Emma,
I have gotten so far behind, busy month!

Love the pictures from the departure, I watched the ship sail past from the park that you photographed Feb 2007. It was fun to watch, I just loved the horn tune, when you wish upon a star, how cute is that?

Loved all the dining pictures, and really love all the pictures of Mia around the ships. Don't feel funny about having her picture taken with the princesses. We would all be disappointed if we didn't see shots like that. I stopped in a AG outlet today, it was kinda interesting. But I don't have anyone to buy AG products for, which is too bad since the prices were pretty good. :rotfl:

Lastly, Ireland for a year to study? What fun that will be for you, so exciting!

Enjoying all the updates, you have excellent Trip Reporting skills.

Yup! It's the Samantha Saves the Day outfit (btw, can you believe they retired Samantha? Although the new doll, Rebecca, that they just came out with, is very pretty too!)

Wow! I didn't even know that! I'll have to check out Rebecca. It makes me feel old that they retired my first AG doll. :upsidedow I hope they're still around for my little girl one day. My little sister never really liked AG dolls. I need someone to pass them on to!

Wow! Atlantis is just breathtaking! I can't believe how beautiful it is. Oh, I and I must say "Good job, Mama Snob!" for picking her own cab driver and beating the horrible system! :thumbsup2

Man I moved out of uni at the weekend and when I finally get round to checking the Dis tonight I've missed 3 updates!! I loved them all though, your breakfast food looked fantastic (chocolate Mickey waffles are a definate amazement!), I loved Mia's photo shoot around the ship and with the princesses and Nassu/Atlantis looks fantastic, can't wait to see what the water park looks like :)

Wow decisions decisions on those wrist bands. I would be hard pressed to decide. I can't wait to see it all in use to decide what we would do. In my fantasy disney cruise planning. Great pictures and I have to say the Disney boat looked so beautiful in that shot of the boats.

"The Gauntlet" sounds scary... but Atlantis certainly proved to be worth it!! :cloud9: What a gorgeous day you had!

Looking forward to your continuation post...

Kathy

We had a quick stop at the West Virginia rest stop. It was already pretty warm! I took a pic by the sign…

:love::love::love:This picture!!!
We live in WV and I couldn't believe this when I saw it. I called my DD and even my DH in the room. (my DS was busy watching tv). My DD has Nikki and loves WDW so she loved the pix. and my DH even enjoyed the pix (at least he acted like it). Sorry for posting so late after your post. I have been out of contact with the boards for quite a while. I found your ptr and tr (thankfully). I have just now caught up after many evenings reading here and there when I could and reading during my lunch hour (which sometimes extended past 60 minutes :scared1:- depending on being able to stop myself from reading "one more update" before I got back to work:))
We also like listening to Disney CD's on our trips. I took DS & DD on spring break 2 years ago and I can remember listening to Rascal Flatts singing "Life is a Highway" as we got on the loop around Columbus, OH to head to the airport to go to WDW. The Easter Bunny left that CD for them so it was really new and we listened to it on our way to Columbus.
Thanks for all the wonderful pictures and great updates:thumbsup2
I'm hoping for a Disney Cruise for our 25th Anniversary:cloud9:

Oh wow! I didn't know your family had gone to Atlantis too! I am so excited to read this. I had checked into Atlantis, well, because Miley Cyrus was playing there and my 6 year old would LOVE that, but I decided to stick with Disney. ;) I had no idea BOTH were an option on a Disney cruise. Maybe next trip...

I meant to ask, and may have even read but don't remember... Did you make your AG doll's princess dresses using a pattern? My daughter has the Bitty Twins, but I'm going to buy Chrissa (who looks more like my daughter than the just like me dolls) for her K graduation. I'd love to have some princess dresses for her before our Disney trip.
