Just got my Disney Rewards card in the mail today!! Now I can get the Dining Plan and give them all my rewards to pay for some of it! One more thing to cross off the list!

Great picture Manaliz! We will be on the lookout for you. I think my Chef Mickey's ADR is about an hour before you on the 20th then. So we may be leaving when you come in.

Do you have a Fantasmic package on the 22nd? We do, so we will be sitting in that section.

Alright guys...I'm officially packed for Disney!! I have the outfit I'm wearing there ready to go and now I'm working on my cosmetic bag!! I finally feel as if I'm getting things done!! I uploaded maps and addresses to my GPS. I packed my backpack for the first day in the parks...I have a camera bag in my backpack, but I also included my first aid kit, hand sanitizer, lysol spray, hand wipes, going to bring my own bottle of anti-bacterial soap (haven't packed that yet)...although its amazing how much stuff I'm bringing (and most likely bringing back OUCH) I don't know how you folks with packing limits do this...I'm going to have a full car to the max LOL!!!!!!!!

That sounds like a good idea. I'll probably put my screen name on one side and Snowbird on the other side. Where abouts at Walmart do you get those laminating pouches??

They were in the aisle with the office supplies/school supplies.

I had to read it. It has a great title and we're fellow Minnesotans! I hope you are staying warm up there. Be glad you're leaving. I heard the highs will barely reach zero later this week! And that's for the Cities down here!

It is snowing like crazy here right now! We had to go run a few errands and it was nuts. While we were out, we had some dinner at Anderson's (locally owned ice cream shop, but they have food too). My DD and I had chicken fingers and curly fries. Yummy! Then, we all had some ice cream. They offer 1/2 price cones while it's snowing! After that, we went and rented a few movies. We have yet to watch them though. We're watching the lacrosse game online.

GREETINGS FROM DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having a great time. The weather has been amazing. ***It has been "cooler" at night. Easily sweatshirt weather.*** Warm during the day with sunshine. It's supposed to rain on Monday, that's our Fantasmic night.

The parks were great on Wednesday evening and Thursday. Wednesday evening was MK and we walked on Thunder Mountain 4X and walked on Pirates. Thursday was AK- walked on the Safari at 1pm, did Everest 4X between 4 and 5 pm (park closing). Dinosaur had a 40 minute wait but they were only running one side, so it would have only been about 20 minutes.

Today we hit up TOY STORY MANIA - which is GREAT! HS had morning EMH so we got there at rope drop and walked right on it. Walked on Rock N RollerCoaster and Tower of Terror. Headed over to AK, little more crowded, but still were able to do: Safari, Everest, Nemo Musical, Lion King, and then we were back here at Saratoga Springs by 4:30. So it was swimming then dinner at Wolf Gang Puck Express in DTD.

The resort is great. We are a 5 minute walk from DTD, and there is a bus stop basically right outside our building.

So now we are spending the night here in our Villa just relaxing. I didn't sleep very well the past few nights, so I'm getting a tad tired by this time.

Ok, I'm off to make some microwave popcorn and sit on our balcony (with just a sweatshirt on ) and read. Ahhhh....I love vacation!

Also sending greetings from sunny Florida. We are here at the Wilderness Lodge and are having a great time. The weather has been nearly perfect and the crowds are managable.

Although we are enjoying the Wilderness Lodge and think it is a beautiful resort, we'll be going back to the Poly for our next trip. We REALLY appreciate the luxury of the monorail.

I'll check in on Tuesday when we get back.

I have bought pins, lots of 50 pins, on ebay from 2 different sellers. I bought some this year that are BEAUTIFUL and for 50, it was $98 including shipping. My girls loved them and it's going to be really hard trading some away.

Thanks for the info. I ended up finding a lot of 20 on ebay and won the auction for $30.74. I did pay for priority shipping (because I'd get a stomach ache worrying about not getting them in time) and I think in the end it came to like $1.78 per pin! I should have them Tuesday or Wednesday.

I just use High Performance Clear Scotch Packaging Tape. It's my generic lamination! And it works great!

Wow... I hope rides are walk on's when we get there in TWO WEEKS!!!!! Sounds like everyone is having a great time! It's been a long day... volunteered at a winterguard show today... so I am off to bed.... sweet dreams snowbirds....

So glad that you and the family are having a GREAT time in the WDW!! Thank you for the live report. I was worried about the crowd levels. We've had a few fluerries here in Wisconsin, but nothing substantial. They are predicting COLD next week while you are enjoying the sunshine! Enjoy the time with your family and make Magical Memories!

I too am a bit worried about crowds...UG has crowds a bit higher than last year, but things will be managable and I'm by myself most of the time and I have a good plan...so C'est La Vie!!

Crzyred and Mindy - thanks for the reports! I'm so glad you are having fun and it's not too crowded. I can only hope it's the same in two weeks!
I'm not-so-patiently watching weather reports, and wondering when I will finally have a clue what to pack. I have to bring a little of everything, but it would be nice to know if it will be warm or cool. Have to wait at least another week though.

Got all the t-shirts done tonight. I'll take and post pictures maybe tomorrow. We have one extra shirt - an XL - so we're debating what to do with it. It's white and we have two more light transfer papers. Hmmm...
We ended up making 18 shirts! They look really cool. I think tomorrow I will trim my Mickey heads and make my tags and some door magnets for the cruise. I'm thinking about making travel journals for the girls. I've seen some cute pre-made pages that are for each park, there's some for resorts and restaurants too. Looks cool. Then they could fill them out and take them back to school to show the class (and rub it in a little! )

My girlfriend brought me a nice little bag that I think I will carry in the park. Lightweight, lots of pockets, room for all the essentials. If we need sweatshirts, I may have a backpack. (I'm hoping not!)
