Yes, it was January of last year (towards the end of the month, I can't remember the exact date). Nemo was very crowded the last two Januarys. We're hardcore Snowbirds, we only go in January!

Good Morning my fine feather friends!

I just did the math and 50 days from today I will be stepping into "The World"!

I'm so glad I waited until DD left for school to check the days left. I think I would have scared her with my happy dance!

Oh, and on a super positive note my DS has been in speech for about 5 months and is about 6 months behind his age in talking. We'll this morning he walked into the kitchen as the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse was ending and said to me "Mom, More Mickey Mouse" This is huge as he put the words into a sentence and left no large time gap between the words! Thankfully I have about 15 episodes on the DVR and cued one up to reward my smart little man!

I have been saying for years that they should do something like this. Something geared towards families with little boys. There are so many princess meals for girls. I have always thought they should offer something like - Pirates, Toy Story (although my boys are too old for that now), Star Wars, etc. . . Sure hope this Pirate thing is true!

Does it make me weird that I myself would prefer a Pirate character dinner than a princess one...I am going to one princess because I want the pictures and what not...but seriously..dining with Capt Jack and a reasonable look-alike of Will Turner (I have high standards when it comes to Orlando) would be so cool!!!

I'm the same way....actually I can say in the three times I've been there I've never seen any of the shows, parades, or fireworks. I know I'm going to have to go hang my head in shame now...although it must be said I have ridden Haunted Mansion like 50 times ...that might be where most of my time was spent LOL!

I'm so glad our children are past testing the "blow out factor"(although not by much!) It's definitely a must see for the Nemo fan (that's us). All we know is that sitting in the back is no fun. I'm 5'8"-5'9", my Hubby is 6'2", and the seats didn't fit either one of us. Those seats in the back are the most uncomfortable seats in all of Disney!

We spend about a day and a half at AK. We give everything as shot once, and if we don't think too highly of it (ie. Stitch at MK) we don't go back. I think we ride the Safari at AK 3-4 hours each trip!

Were your ears burning this am? I immediately thought of you about 750 am. My DD told me she has to sing an entire line of a song in the Christmas program & its.............. I Want a Hippopotomus For Christmas!! I bust out laughing. SHe rolled her eyes & shook her head & said to my mother "its a Dis board thing Nonnie".


Had the best night. Kids brought up Lion King 1 1.5 & we did the hidden Mickey game while we watched it. We got 9 outta 20. DD said we were in training for Disney. DS asked to do our own hidden MIckeys here. So later today I'm gonna make some Mickey heads & hide them around the house.

Tough choice. Nemo is a very fun musical, FOTLK is a feast for the eyes. It has stuff going on visually everywhere. They're both fun, flip a coin.

How is Bella feeling today??

She is still at home. G has her today and I'm a nervous wreck about it. He is not very good at multi-tasking and B is the queen toddler of doing way to many things at once. She's running fever and has cold symptoms.

I'm going to get my eyes checked today! I can't wait to get a new pair of glasses. I cannot see at night anymore!
