If you had to only choose one of the Animal Kingdom shows would you rather seen Nemo or the FOTLK...I haven't seen either yet and I'm wondering which one I would enjoy more!!

FOTLK.... wonderful show..... although the NEMO show is very cool.... I would try and see both....

:rotfl: :rotfl2:  LOL!!
That sounds fun! I didn't even realize that there were hidden Mickeys in the movie! I know, take away my membership card! Shame on me!

It is listed under bonus features click on it & a lime green mickey I kid you not shows up saying that there will be a hidden mickey coming up then you have to hit enter when you find it it keeps track of your score. They also have a cool virtual game w Timon & Pumba that's a take off on the rides they even do EE! DS caught on that it was EE. Also saw IASW, and others very fun.
How cool is that!?! i know what I'm doing this weekend! :)

That's a great idea! I keep forgetting to see who has one and to keep up but I LOVE reading everyone's PTR's!!!! :thumbsup2

Me too, I'm reading Soleil's right now! VERY GOOD! I had to laugh when I was reading about everyone buying UGGS (which I now want!) and at the bottom of my screen was an ad for - yup - UGGS!!

Well I can't believe I let myself be lowered to :sad2: that level but...
yup I responded to the thread about the window decorating.

He's actually comparing window decorating at WDW to a billboard with a naked lady on it because some were telling him to just not look if you don't like it. :lmao: I'm sorry but there's a big difference between the two. Geez! [*stepping down from the soapbox now*]

I've been posting, too. I'm the one who told him not to look...just keep walking, just keep walking.

Is there really that much problem getting in to see the Nemo Musical that you would need to reserve a lunch to guarantee a seat??? We haven't seen it yet, so I don't know. I just didn't realize that it would be that hard to see it if we wanted to. . . :confused3

Last year we got in line for Nemo about 30-40 minutes before show time and we were seated at the very top in the last overflow seating area. The seats in the overflow area can be best described as “high school bleacher like”. No backs and very uncomfortable. It was wall to wall people. If you like Nemo, it’s a must see. I would just get there as early as possible (or keep an eye on how the lines look). If someone planned to see it, a guaranteed seat would save you a big headache (or butt-ache).

We actually went to try to see this and couldn't get in the first time. We hung around for the next show and got there before they opened the doors and luckily were in "comfy" seats. If you want to see this, definatley get there early. I've seen both shows (Nemo & FOTLK), and I prefer FOTLK. I think, though, that they're both worth seeing at least once.

First Checked Bag
Effective December 5, 2008, for all reservations booked on or after November 12, 2008, the charge for the first checked bag will be $15. For reservations booked prior to this date, for each fare-paying customer, AirTran Airways will allow one (1) checked bag free of charge, with size and weight limitations (see baggage allowance details below).

When I booked with WDW, I had to pay the air fare at the time of booking, so that means that I had reservations before this date, am I correct?
I hope it was not when the trip was paid in full. Should I call?

You should be okay. I'm in the same boat - booked our air in August. I'm thankful, though, that it's only gone donw $5 per ticket in price since that time. :thumbsup2

Just got off the phone to change my reservation for Tusker House to 1:30 to get the Nemo tickets. So -- sorry Shelly, you have to change my dining list on 1/21 from 2:30 to 1:30. The CM verified the show ticket thing, and said he didn't have an expiration on his system, so he assumed it would still be going on in January. I hope so, because I moved the lunch earlier because of that.

I actually think we may spend 3 different days at AK. We want to do all the walk-through exhibits, and may do the safari as well. Plus Nemo and Lion King shows, parade, breakfast and lunch.

Yay - my counter is officially under 2 months, although 4 weeks is a month to me!! Never mind, it looks great :woohoo:  :cheer2:

I'm so sorry, but I don't have time to go back and read. What's the deal with buying Nemo tickets?

Please don't be mad at lil' ole me!:cutie:

We couldn't be made at lil' ole you!

Maggied saw this on Allears: Tusker House (Animal Kingdom) Lunch to offer reserved seating for Finding Nemo - The Musical! Beginning December 1st, anyone booked for lunch at Tusker House between 1:00pm and 1:40pm will receive a ticket for reserved seating at the Finding Nemo 3:15pm show. If you are already booked during that time frame you will qualify for the reserved seating ticket. Only reservations between 1:00pm and 1:40pm qualify. One ticker per person dining.

I fixed it. :)

Good afternoon everyone. I'm back from work and I really should have called in sick today. I woke up with THE worst sore throat ever. I could hardly swallow! I just ate a bowl of condensed soup (not my fav), but my DH said he would make his all-curing homemade chicken noodle soup for me tonight. He's just the greatest!:lovestruc Time for me to get some rest so I can go dance tonight!

I am staying at the POP from Jan. 11-14th and can't wait! This is my first kid-free trip and my best friend from Tampa will be joining me. I will be in the area until the 19th, but will be staying with a friend that lives on Hwy 27.

I am uber excited!!!!!!!!!

Awe! I could hug you! It's so nice to meet someone with the same name. Does she ever get tired of explaining what it means? I know I do!

:welcome: Your trip sounds fun! My kids would disown me if I dared to go to Disney without them!!

She is very proud of her name actually and loves to pipe up and educate the world on her lovely name, but she has only been explaining for a few years :)

Now, I have to explain her sisters name too. Lyra. Its a constellation and a greek goddess of music (player of the lyre).

:)

ha! Yeah, the only way they are being okay with the whole thing is that they know we are taking our first trip to Disneyland in March, AND that I promised to bring them back a plush of their choice.

I used to be an entertainment CM and also grew up in the area so I have a lot of people to visit and want to go out at night, so it would be hard to do with the kids. I just returned from a trip to Indianapolis w/out the kids (first time I have been away more than two nights, and first time EVER in a different state than the kids) and it went fabulously!!

Thank you for the welcome :cloud9:
