Well...the ones I found were here:

http://www.tagrel.com/APP/CMCards.shtml

You just add your names, ect and you pass them along to CM's that make your trip extra special. I think it's a great idea, I think it would be a really tough job being "that" happy to all those cranky guests so this is a nice way to let them know they are appreciated :)

That's awesome! I just downloaded the princess ones and put our names on them. How cute! What do you used to laminate them? I'm not a crafty person.

What are the nugget wrappers and invitations for?

"Tinker Bell" is going to visit our room each night and invite my boys to our character meals and leave the nuggets as a traet to go along with them. So each morning my boys will wake up and find out where we are going to each and get a special treat!

I don't laminate them but that is a good idea! I know there is laminating paper at crafter stores or office supply stores that you can use?!?

I was never really crafty either but once I went onto the creative disign thread I got hooked! I just want this trip to WDW to be really special because I don't think we will make it back and if we do it won't be for a LONG time!

You all have been so busy.... I was planning on getting the planning done after christmas. I feel so far behind. I don;t know what I need to plan unless I plan to the minute the order of rides and attractions :rotfl:
Right now I am working on customizing the menus, each day we will have an invitation for the meals and the menus will be available for viewing. maximize our time, pick what you want before we get there! :rotfl:

Had to have a celebratory dance- but no Dan - I think he's funny, but I left him out of it.

:yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

Hi everyone,
I've been busy trying to stay warm. as for planning I'm as much as I'm going to do. I still need to get Xmas shopping done !!!!!!! But to my side I have extra week to get most done as we don't go up to my dad's until Jan. 3rd.

Hey there! Got my DME tags today. Woohoo!

It is supposed to sleet tonight and my daughter's school ALREADY changed their hours for tomorrow. Of course they changed their start time until 10 and she gets out at 11, so there doesn't seem to be much point.

Den renovation disaster continues...
Sheetrock guys didn't show up today, so it's looking less likely that they'll be able to finish by Friday when my parents arrive.
Oh - and our saltwater fish tank cracked and flooded the carpet in the den - killing all our sweet little fish. Sigh. DH is heartbroken. The kids haven't noticed yet because they are not allowed in the den right now. Ugh.
Well at least the need for new flooring in there (we want to put in hardwood) is higher on the list. We were thisclose to putting in new floors this weekend (we've done it before, but I had to take DD to a birthday party and we knew we'd need 2 full days).

Stay warm everyone!

Congrats to Tracy BSN! Way to go!

SHEREE .......Thank You sooo Much ...it was a long 5 years :upsidedow

Tracy

Well here is the latest......We are actually leaving on the 26th and staying off property for two days, doing one day at Universal, then to POP and our two weeks.....If only the hubby could get more time off:confused3

Tracy

Yeah, I have know for a couple of weeks now. I caled and emailed on Dec. 1st like I was told to do, and Deb sent me an email back telling me the bad news. I am still eating there for the atmospher, ordering DS a cake.

I forget who was planning her DH's b-day at Coral Reef, but I just ran across this on the DIS main page:

Recent Dining Updates:

The Coral Reef Restaurant at Epcot will not be doing diver signs and personalized menus in 2009.

Sorry!
As you can see, I'm actively engaged in work avoidance today!

Someone at work today asked me a question and I thought it would be a good question of the day....

What "make-believe" land from a Disney movie would you like to live in?

-My first thought would be NeverLand. I mean, you'd never have to grow up and deal with any of the adult expectations. But after further thinking, I think I would like to live in Narnia....with Prince Caspian of course!:rotfl: ;)

Radiator Springs!:lmao: I love mader.

Got my maps today!!! :cool1: But I'm waiting for D to get home before we review them together!

I think I want to live "Under the Sea" with Sebastian! He's got one "hot crustacean band!"

Gosh, where is everyone tonight?

Had my DD5's little Christmas concert tonight. It was kindergarten and 1st graders. SO CUTE!! She had to wear her fancy Christmas dress. DH had to work, so I was trying to work the video camera - shooting around people's heads. She was pretty excited both before and after!

What "land" would I like to live in? That's a tough one. Does the Carribean count?

Question for those who have dined at Crystal Palace? Did you have dinner or breakfast? Pros and cons? It doesn't seem terribly expensive for a character meal in the park. I doubt I could get an ADR, but my kids just started talking about Pooh (this after my DD7 said she's too old for that baby stuff) and now they want to see him. I'd love a breakfast to be at the park before it opens! Maybe tomorrow I'll be on the phone. Need to call and inquire about the Fantasmic Package stuff too. TIA.

We have been to both breakfast and dinner there. Both are great! Breakfast is less expensive and probably a little bit better, plus if you are lucky you can get an ADR before the park opens! :goodvibes

Good evening all. I don't have to work tomorrow, so I'm pretty excited about that! I hope to get some stuff done around the house (cleaning, cookie making) and I want to get some more work done on my PTR! Good night!

Just checking in for the evening before snuggling up and going to bed. Drew had his first snow day today. Spent the morning with daddy then off to grandmas house! I hope they have school tomorrow because it's really busy at work and I'm saving my vacation time for Disney next month!! Plus (and I feel selfish for saying this) if I take time off work before Christmas, I need it to be without kids so I can wrap and get things ready for Christmas!!

Too long of a day today so I'm off to bed after I get my sleeping boys tucked into their beds. They fell asleep on my bed. SO sweet when they're sleeping!

hello all.
I am excited to start wrapping presents:banana: . It's SUPER cold and windy here in Wisconsin today...so that 35 days is looking good about now.

I'm hoping that AirTran doesn't change anymore of my travel plans. Since I got my Magical Express tags before my flight times changed, my TA said that I should just tell ME in Orlando the changes. Maybe I should call the number instead and get new tags?:confused3

Well, I should get to bed. We have a sick Beagle in the house tonight. We have 2 outside dogs, but our beagle has a sore leg. I think DH is taking her to the vet tomorrow to have it checked out and have her claws clipped..poor little thing:)

I was so lucky today...My filters at work were "off" and I was able to read posts throughout the day...less I had to catch up tonight. You ladies were chatty today!

I will be different and say I would like Frontier Land...ride the BTMRR and dine at Peco Bills...yummy!:woohoo:

blah....-5 with a wind chill of -14. I'd like to file a formal complaint with the Weather Complaint Department. Ugh....22 days....22 days...22 days...

I would love to start our packing, but having never been before in January (we have always gone in mid-April during school vacation), I have no idea how to pack and what to pack. I know that about 2 weeks prior to leaving, I'll start monitoring the extended forecast for Orlando, but I am so confused about what to expect. D and I would be more than happy to do capris every day, but is this realistic (we are going the 22nd - 26th)? I know we should pack a few pairs of jeans and some long sleeves, along with a fleece jacket, but should be do short sleeve shirts and shorts too? Is a coat necessary? I have even been told to bring gloves/hats. :confused3

I don't want to overpack (which H says that I am famous for no matter where we go - LOL). I guess I can start with our toiletries and things like that, but would like to get some of this done over the upcoming school vacation between Christmas and New Years. Any help would be appreciated!

I really think you'll be okay in capris, etc. Although, I actually took a pair of the stretchy gloves that you can get for like $1 at Walmart and wore them a couple of the EARLY mornings.

Got my maps today!!! :cool1: But I'm waiting for D to get home before we review them together!

Our son's program is this morning. He's been practicing all week!! It is going to be so cute!

As far as Crystal Palace. We ate their for dinner last year. It was Okay. The characters were nice, but we thought the food was just okay - nothing to write home about. For us, it was we've done it once and that was enough. I know, though, that others have had completely different experiences.

We have only done Breakfast. Character meals were new to us, and this was the first one we booked because at the time DD wanted to meet Pooh. This was the best character meal we had. If I could pick one this would probably be it... why????:confused3

1. 8:05 am reservation... means walking down Main Street soon before, it was quiet, fresh and magical
2. Food - breakfast buffet- you can't go wrong, all the food tasted good, in particular we are fussy about buffet eggs. Poohs Breakfast Lasagna- We could live off of it was so tasty. There were open baskets of fruit- apples, bananas etc. We were so full we kept the banana because they would have thrown it out!
3. Characters - these characters are too cute and the interaction was great. DD (7) at the time, got up with Nana and did the parade... she was not embarrased - she loved every minute of it.
4. Staff- drinks served promptly, attentive and friendly staff
5. Atmosphere- we sat by a window looking out to Adventureland- it felt so tropical.
6. Magic Kingdom- once we were done eating we walked out and headed straight to an empty Cinderella Castle and empty Fantasyland- walk on to the rides !

This time we are doing both dinner and breakfast. Dinner is our first meal on our trip, I am hesitant as I like to save the magic of MK for day 3 or 4 (it's our favorite park). When we went last Fantasmic ran every night, so we saw that both first and last night- it was "our thing to do". Now we have a new idea of Wishes on first and last night.

I say book breakfast!
