I have stayed at the Carousel Inn..it is right accross from DL..so location is not bad..it is clean ( when we went which was 10 years ago)...





Been working on the FE ... hope it gets done..
no shopping for us though , just $$$$$$ as DS #1 is leaving for Ethopia on Jan 4 and DS#2 is going to NY last week in December..
( see what happens when your "kids" grow up. They do fun things without you..)

But just me and honey are cruising in January without them.. ..speaking of the cruise..

I looked around about the glass bottom boats. They seem to depart quite often and cost about $9-$15 dollars. It seems a bit like a taxi driver....drives you around about 45 minutes and then drops you at Lovers Beach if you want and then you can catch another boat back when you are done at Lovers Beach. Tickets can be bought from the docks/marina....I think we will just wait and see. Unsure if we will get off the boat the 2nd day......kinda depends on how we feel. sometimes it's nice staying onboard....kinda an emptier ship.

BTW I went to see what rooms are left for our cruise in case I wanna move and guess what.......NOT even an option to book that cruise.....we must be FULL!!!

I am so excited....40 days and counting....and only 20 days and I will be surprising the girls. Tomorrow is my bday.... Kinda broke from Christmas shopping and spoiling our girls, so not thinking we will do anything. Just think about what I wanna make for dinner. LOL Well off to volunteer at school...hope everyone is having a good day!

Wow, the cruise is full, that is cool.

Just finished decorating the house an putting up the tree, so looking festive here. Just have to wrap all that Disney stuff for under the tree!

I think I am going to check with my crew for the glass bottom boat, as we have day 2 at Cabo booked for the kids, dolphins, so probably will do the boats day one. That and shopping and checking out the cool bars a bit!

Working on our FE and the gifts, such fun, my mom is getting right into it!

So dreaming about the cruise, especially since we got hit with a dump of snow the past couple of days.

Marilyn - you got snow already, ugg that stinks. We are still having a fairly mild December in NJ thus far (although the snow storm right before Halloween was a bit of a surprise).

Well, I'm on my second day of jury duty but not on a trial yet. So for now, I'm sitting around, surfing the web and in the end...I should get paid for these days. Not too bad. We'll see what I'm saying if I get put on a trial.

Thanks Girls for the Birthday Wishes. It is a normal day around here. I am just planning on celebrating with a Bon Voyage drink at Sail away party. Then We will celebrate Nelia's bday onboard cause her bday is the Sat after we get off. I think I am gonna celebrate my other DD's half bday cause I feel bad we will NEVER be onboard in June for her Bday.

No snow really here, Northwest Ohio is having a mild winter so far but technically Winter doesn't begin until a week and a half from now. Everytime I look at my droid and see my Mickey head vacation countdown, I get so excited....today is 39 days till onboard, which means I will be in LA 36 days from now... Well off to go to the doctor for me and then doc for Nelia. She is having pain in her neck, probably a swollen node. Well have a good day everyone....ttfn!!!

Right now, I am feel bad with my oldest daughter. We planning to go on Fantasy on June 9, 2012 on her birthday. But we have to cancel it because I am expecting the unexpected. I am found out that I am 10 weeks pregnant. So we have to postponed our Fantasy Cruise. I talked to her last week and she said its ok. She said God has a plan and we can't say no to Him. Its make me very proud of her.

We will be going with everyone as well celebrating my wife Donna's 60 birthday. What better way to do it than on Disney.
Our first Disney cruise was on the Disney Dream Inaugural.
Had a great time with all the DIS folk before as well as during the cruise.
We cruise a lot and got spoiled rotten by Disney.
Cruise director Rachel was just a gem we had a real blast.
This will be our first 7 day cruise with Disney as well as our first Pacific coast cruise.
How is the water and the waves this time of year?
Not to much bother's us it takes a lot to make us queasy.
We are real Disney park fanatics as well.

Great, Donna! I will be celebrating my birthday as well while on the cruise. My whole family will be onboard and my youngest grandson, 4, thinks we should have a "Princess Party" for my birthday! I'm good for that one, I hope Donna is too!
We have been on the same route before but in November. The route back can be a bit rough, but I am sure we will be too busy and having too much fun to notice!

Nope....was Clayton in august but he left and went to the dream as asst to rachael.

Clayton as assistant to Rachel-Man I need to get back on the Dream Thats a real super star line up. Ive never been on a ship with Clayton. I met Brent and chatted with him on the Inaugural of the Dream but I have seen video of Clayton in action he looks like he is a blast.
And I cant say enough how great of a gem Rachel is.
She is approachable and she is someone who really cares.
Plus she is all over that ship.
Well with Disney's high levels of service and expectations Im sure it will be someone very good.

Unfortunately we put the Tokyo Disney trip on hold until things stabilized there from the awful happenings last year.

We absolutely LOVED Clayton.....the kids loved his "I'm on vacation dance" which was what I call the Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel-air. He would break out and do it anywhere and ask the kids to do the same. Kids came home doing it all the time.
We had Rachel our first cruise and she was good too just Clayton more fun to the kids.

Tim, I am with you, let's get out of O-H-I-O!!! I am tired of rain!!!! I am so excited!!! It was funny yesterday I turned 39 and yesterday we had 39 days till we set sail!!! I thought it was a neat coincidence. Well off to take DD-Syd to orthodontist....Have a great day!!!

DH and I were the Dream in November..and saw Clayton..what a surprise.. I still do the " i'm on vacation dance" LOL spoke with him and said " werent you just on the wonder?" Seems his contract was up, took his mandatory home leave and signed up for 2 years on the Dream...
