Incidentally our trip was June 7-14. I did not relay that info in my last post...sorry.
Day 2:
Started off with Epcot, did most of the stuff you could do. JIYI was a real treat with Figment back...biys loved the skunk part(you know what I'm talking about). We also went on Living with the Land for the first time...I was really impressed, it was quite interesting. My boys were not too thrilled, but then again they wanted roller coasters and rides like that. Test Track was fun and my DD loved it. She loves the wind blowing on her face so when we hit the high speed hairpin turn, she just giggled and giggled. BTW- DS's are 8 and 5, DD is 6. Before we could hit up WS the skies opened and it started to rain. We donned our ponchos and headed for the Monorail. We wanted to check out the Poly and see how nice it was. We are very much considering Poly as our next temp home for our next trip (Dec. 2003). We arrived at the Poly and walked aroung the inside...checking out the shops and looking into Ohanas and the Kona Cafe..really nice atmosphere. It had stopped raining and we went out and walked around the outside. Really nice foliage and walkways. We decided that the rain might have cleared out the water parks so we headed out for Blizzard Beach. Boys and DW had fun on the slides for awhile while me and DD hung out in the wave pool. Did Teamboat Springs twice before we left, had a lot of fun. Went back to the resort to get cleaned up and rest up for Illuminations that night. We got to Epcot 1/2 hour before Illuminations was scheduled to start and got a decent spot right by the lagoon. It was a real neat show and the kids loved the fireworks...very impressive I must day. Well that is the end of Day 2...stay Tuned for Day 3!!
