I have 89 people so far and now have the nametag designed and database fields inserted. Now just a matter of printing them out and making sure I have enough ink.
I need to order the pins and then I'm done.

I would be willing to accept any donations to the cause at the MEET in January.
I hope everyone will like them!

The food court gets very PACKED, so I'm sure they can accomodate. Possibly the early birds can scoop up some tables until everyone arrives. We could always sit in each others laps.

There were well more than that. The folks in the photo are the walkers/runners so it doesn't include the family members that joined us. I believe we had close to 100 last year. That's one reason we always meet so early, to try not to place an undue burden on the restaurant at rush time.

Anne usually calls ahead a couple weeks to let them know we're coming. Pop has always been more than accomodating, even offering to open a separate line just for us. I think maybe half the group stayed for dinner last year.

Tracy...how nice of you to do this.

We will be staying at POP Friday night but because we live local, not sure what time we are checking in so I'm not sure if I will make the meet. I am planning on sending DD to school that day and if she stays a full day, she gets off the bus at 4:40pm. If I pick her up at noon, we will be there and I will decide as we get closer. I attended the Minnie meet and met lots of great people!!!

I am updated to this point.

I have about 100 tags going so far.

I have gotten all the supplies and ready to start printing and putting together. This has become a bit costly and I really don't mind doing it, but if anyone is feeling generous at the meet and would like to donate to the cause, it would be greatly appreciated.

I may try to meet up with some people on Thursday at the EXPO as that is the day I will be going there. I will let you all know what time I will be in that area and if you think you'll be there around that time I will set up a spot to meet people and give them there nametags.
