Jan Help!

Okay, I am trying to decide what week to go! Jan 09, The marathon I hear about, is this the Disney marathon? If so, Does anyone know if Jan 11 is the real date for 09. Also, I am right that MLK is the weekend of the 19th?
I was told to avoid these dates.

Yes the weekend of the 19th is MLK weekend. Just wanted to point out that it might be a little busier than usual too. Not only is Monday the 19th a Federal holiday, but Tuesday the 20th is inauguration day and federal workers in the Washington metro area (which includes DC, MD, VA, Baltimore and parts of WV) will also get that day off.... So we not only get a 3 day weekend, we get a 4 day weekend. I don't work Fridays (4 10-hour days), so using 2 days for vacation to get a whole week off. This generally means schools in our area will be closed too. Now I know everyone is not heading south that week, but I'm sure that it won't take long for my fellow federal employees to pick up on this extended long weekend and head to WDW. If schools are closed too in our area, that will add to the flock of us flying south. I already made my room reservation at the BWV for that week. Since this year there were no AP discounts for MLK weekend, I decided to use my points.
