I'm in the advanced planning stages of a big family trip in early 2008. We just went in October and DH is itching to go back..yippee.

We've been in early Jan and early Feb but the others (:headache: ) are suggetsing late Feb early March. Any comments about the best time to go during these 3 months. Any special events or crowded weeks?

We're 8 adults and 4 kids (age 2,3,5,6)

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!11

As far as the crowds go, I know late Jan and early Feb are very UNcrowded. I agree with you.

But then, I've never been late Feb/early March. Early March may be crowded as the colleges have Spring Break around then.

I know college Spring breaks are in in early march. And disney does promotions with college students to sprnd Spring Break there.

I would say January would be best as long as it is after the New years week.
Then early February. Late Feb and March are usually more crowded, with President's week and spring breaks.

uncrowded and COLD in January and even into February, you may have some warm days, but plan for cool to cold weather (we froze this past january and the january before).

february gets busy around president's week, slower time beginning of March, crowds building about 2nd week of march and stays busy through spring break.

Weather is better in March. Cold weather wasn't great for visiting the parks.

we wnet the week b4 presidents week and that was busy. If we had gone first week of Feb it would have been great. Also the last week into beg of Mar i heard is also better.
