We've had a CBR pirate room-only booking for a while now for President's day week. I saw the 25/30/35% discount offers come out for room only during Jan-Apr and noted the likely blackout dates of 2/18-2/21 on Mouse Savers. While those would have been nice to get, I shrugged it off. I know there's never discounts during a peak week like Pres day, and we don't want to pull DS out of school for this trip.
Yesterday I was checking rates on line for the latter half of the week at AKL and playing with the idea of a split stay. It looked fairly good, so I checked what it would cost for us to do the whole stay at AKL for comparison. Amazingly the discount applied even arriving on Sat of Pres day weekend and staying 7 nights. Sadly there were no Savannah view rooms available
. Quickly I checked our stay dates at CBR, and amazingly the discounts applied there too. I immediately called and asked if they could apply the discount code to our existing booking, and they did! 
It saves us like $450. I'm thrilled!
