ok, something strange here....just had a knock at the door...it was a guy selling Kirby vacumns...I didn't know they still did that.

need to figure out what I'm going to scrap next....be back in a bit

yep, I bought my Kirby from a door to door salesman, of course that was 14 years ago! LOL

DH bought a Kirby a few years ago. I only let the girl in because she was giving away a free car-vac if you listened to the sales pitch. She earned that sale though, DH came home halfway through and she had to repeat most of it.

I really need to get scrapping...only ONE page so far.

OK I did something cool. I had my Winter title for the Holiday swap and something was missing. I bought these swirly stickled wires from Michael's (recollections) but it wasn't working.

So I took clear stickles and dabbed spots on the title then rubbed it with my fingers. The stickles spread out around the edges of the word and the white background paper picked up some blue from the bling, who know bling colors ran when wet.

Anyway now it has this really cool shimmer to it!

I apologize for the pics being blown out but I couldn't do flash, you can't see the glitter so I had to edit it.

I've seen Flower Soft. It is kind like the flocking powder only fluffier. mycutipatooties has some and showed me how to use it.

It finally started snowing. DH is creeping along 95, right now the roads are dry but he hits wet patches on occasion. It's gonna be a long night.

Finally finished a page. I am usually a slow scrapper, but tonight I have a goal of at least 4 pages! If I don't finish this book soon I am going to go crazy!!! I refuse to start the other trips until this one is done!

I'm not sure if I like this or not (I like to add a lot of layers and embellishments) but oh well, its done and in the book now....
