well my husband refuses to join facebook and though he has an account on both here and cruise critic he does the researching and lets me do the talking he is the shy one in the family

Brian is on Facebook but probably will just read if we post anything. He is quiet on the computer too but in person he is more the people person and I am the shy wall flower. Completely opposite of our computer personalities...lol.

I did make a fan page first for our group so people wouldn't have to wait on me accepting their friend requests but I think that is WAY too public so I deleted it. I wanted something where we could be sure the only people reading our stuff or seeing our pictures was from our group.

I love the FB page! I don't know if people will be able to see pics I post though because I have my settings for only friends to see my pics and not "friends of friends." I may have to change that...

Ha ha! I was actually just going to say...I am trying to find a decent FB profile pic to use so as to be more easily recognized when we meet in person. Only, I realized when I actually logged on to FB on a full-sized computer (as opposed to BlackBerry), that most of my FB pictures only show me wearing HUGE sunglasses. The BB part comes into play because on a tiny screen, the glasses seem proportionate to my face. Full size? Not so much. I must think I am a movie star.
