Up until almost 1am but it was worth it because I got a Palo brunch, a Palo dinner, and all of the shore excursions I wanted. Feeling pretty victorious as I hit the sheets...

Okay, now I am torn between Nachi Cocom and Chankanaab Manatee encounter. Anyone with experience with either of these? Mainly I like both of these becaure they both have swim up bars in the pool and I have always wanted to go to one of those. How lame is that?

Chankanaab has a swim up bar? I was not aware of that. I will have to look into this further now! LOL

Welcome kfitzgirls. Thats exciting that your daughter's birthday is the day of disembarkation. My niece will be sailing on her first cruise with us and will turn 8 the following week while we are at WDW.

For Tulum Chrisse it does interest me but just not with a 2 year old and that one i would say book with the ship as i think i is a lengthy excursion so ya i would think it was risky to do that one on your own incase of traffic coming back.

Actually.....I may look into it too.....even though i do love the water excursions and snorkeling i think seeing things like that ,,,the things that make each place unique

yes i am planning at looking into this also as i can just tell them to keep the booking with my agency. I am not sure when i want to sail next with DCL though so guess i better decide that soon. I think i can change it later though when i get home so should be no biggie. I looked at the maiden Fantasy voyage on Wednesday when res opened to the general public and its pretty pricey plus if i am not mistaken reservations on that voyage are nonrefundable even if its only under deposit. Just something to keep in mind. I definitely want the next cruise to be on the Dream or Fantasy though but I was thinking more like 2013 since we are planning to go on the Oasis is 2012 so will see if they allow me to book that far in advance.

HONESTLY...i forgot about it......until like 2pm today as i had a slow period at work....Called Dh and walked him through the whole process and we got everything we wanted.

They don't say anything about it in the info about Chankanaab, but if you look at the pix of the whole place, you see it there....

Just sat down with the family and decided on our other excursions and we are totally bookedup now...............

For Cozumel........we are doing the 3 reef snorkel
and
For GrandCaymen......we have decided to the boring....haha....grandcaymen bus tour.........

I think it gives us the best of all worlds with all the stops......
We had actually thought of staying on the ship and i just wanted to see some things so we are going to "hell" hahaha and a turtle farm....

We did several bus tours our first cruise as we had no idea what to expect and it was cool to the islands so we have

Island tour......................GRAND CAYMEN
Jet skis...........................CASTAWAY CAY

I am happy happy with our choices.

Congrats to you that got your bookings done last night! I am SO jealous! I still have to wait till Nov 8th . I am thinking of booking a Palo brunch either a sea day or Key West day myself! Let's see what I get! And going to try a Palo Dinner on the 4th night.

If I don't get the excursions I want on the 8th I may be bugging for help picking something else!

Just got back from the city and picked up some new luggage after I realized my current luggage has no wheels anymore.....lol. not sure when or where they broke off but they are definitley gone...lol. Oh well, reason to shop.

Less than 3 months till we can relax by the pool(or maybe in it) with a glass of wine and chat without typing...lol. Ok, dumb question... how many hot tubs are there and where are they located? I just hope there is one in the Adult only area because there is nothing worse than wanting to relax and getting into a hot tub where kids are splashing each other and being silly.

i think there is 2 hottubs in the adult area....i have never been in them....never been in any of the pools either......

I love finding a place around them to sit and relax and people watch .... But i am not real big on being in tiny pools with lottsa people.....MIGHT give the hot tub a try this year.

I would like new lugguage..... BUT i guess mine will do for a little while longer.....WE purchased 3 sets about a year before we moved to FLorida, for a trip to Disney they are the mickey head ones,and i do lov them but they are getting pretty ugly...as we use them alot. ONE set has died...but i think we can pack everything into 2 sets this time around.

Well I was looking at some luggage sets to replace the broken ones but I was thinking....*If I have to pay for checked luggage, I am going to pay the same for a 28" as I do for a 24" right? And we all know I am an overpacker and need the room so why bother with sets?* Then the luggage store we were in was selling all their luggage seperately at 60% off and if you buy one you get the second 50% off(yes off the already 60% off!) PLUS I had a card for an extra 15 % off the final sale price! I ended up with 4 28" Tracker suitcases(a different color for each of us) for just over $140.00!!! How could I go wrong! And Tracker is a pretty good brand and has a nice waranty so if they fall apart I just get a new one! I know the owner of the store chain , used to work with him years ago, and he knows if I am not happy he will hear it so he would never sell me crap....lol. Glad he was checking in on that store when I was there...lol. How many suitcases is everyone bringing? Am I crazy for bringing 4? With 4 of us I want lots of room for all the shopping I hope to find in Key West. Plus our FE group is growing and I have a feeling I will need the room...lol.
