Jan 22, 2005 Eastern Cruise MAGIC Anyone?

Haven't received my documents yet either, and getting a little antsy too, but I'm sure they'll be arriving any day now :)

Once, on another cruise line, I left all my documents at home(except passport) I was terrified they wouldn't let me on the ship but it was no problem. They had me in the computer so all I had to do was fill out a form or two and I was good to go! :teeth:

Mom from NC

Wow!! For a little state, there are quite a few of us on this cruise. Myself and my friend (no kids), are from North Providence.

Can't believe how fast this cruise arrived. I booked it back in April. Seems like yesterday.

Our docs came today. Yipeeeeeee :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

No docs here yet. For those who are fortunate enough to have received them already, how did they come? US Mail, UPS, Etc.

Yeah PiperG!

NC Mom- I am not too worried because I know that you can fill everything out at the port. But it would be nice to get them because:

1) It would make everyone in the family more excited about the upcoming trip.

and

2) I'm an obsessive trip planner who likes to have everything ready to go ASAP! (I'm sure y'all are surprised about that one! :D )

Congrats to those who go them- others keep posting as they come in so we can share the excitement! :Pinkbounc

AWW! You're the nice husband who surprised PiperG for your anniversary, right? How fun that you are cruising again so soon!

Yes, that would be me. Althought I think I'm the husband that may have got a lot of other husbands in trouble. Sorry guys!!

Isn't he great!

Actually, I wanted to remind everyone that, as we head out to sea on Saturday, Jan 22nd, we will pass the Wonder which is returning from Castaway Cay. The Wonder will be on our starboard side.

As DH and I came back from our anniversary cruise, we passed first the Carnival, and then the Magic. The Carnival went by at 11:15 or 11:20, and the Magic came by at about 11:40.

The Carnival ship was very clear (you can't miss that fin). The Magic was farther out to sea, but you could definitely make out the two funnels. Be sure to look off the starboard side if you can on Saturday night.

Thanks for the neat info PiperG, I can't wait to stand on deck and watch for the Wonder!

And I'm soooo jealous about your anniversary surprise :boat: ...your husband is such a sweetie....you really did marry yourself a winner! :teeth:

Received our documents today via UPS, which my husband had to sign for. As an FYI, we booked through Dreams.

I have filled all the information in already, and have tucked our passports into the box.

I have also ordered 120 minute phone cards online at Sam Club for gifts to the staff in the kids clubs.

Glad to hear you received your documents! :Pinkbounc

Hopefully this means mine is on it's way

Hi guys!! I haven't gotten through this entire thread, but I just wanted to add my niece and I to the list. I am taking each of my nieces on a cruise for their birthdays (one niece each year). This year is my second niece's year, and we will be on the January 22nd sailing. She just turned 13, and has no idea what to expect.... I think she's going to be totally blown away by the whole experience. I can NOT wait to see her face as we approach the ship. :jumping4:

I will finish making my way through the pages of this thread, but if someone has a chance to recap me, I'd appreciate it. Is there a meet planned??

See y'all soon.

P.S. I received my documents yesterday.

Doing the document dance down here in NC too! :cool1:

The return address on my UPS box says Disney Cruise Line so obviously it was sent directly to me. My travel agent is Dreams Unlimited.

Sending PD in hopes you'll be doing the doc dance soon! :wizard:

P.S. - We just changed from the Atlantis Submarine to the Doubloon Sail and Snorkle excursion on St. Thomas. Although my DS10 loved the submarine tour last year, he decided it was time to take a sail on a real pirate ship pirate: :p
