Can you buy the dining plan if you have the Annual Pass? When you try to book a room only on the Disney website the Dining plan is not a option. Any help is appreciated

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the AP code come out the same time the FL resident code came out last year? That's the code I'm waiting on. I got a pin code from them last week for specific dates in January but unfortunately not the dates I'm going (January 21-23.) So I'm hoping the FL resident code comes out soon. I've already made my ressies but it'd be nice to save a few bucks on it.

No my resv. is only for 2 nights before my main resv. at OKW and it works out better for me not to have the plan for those days.

Nope. I was not able to add dining to this code. I think we have to wait for another (with dining) code.

Hi All,
I've been watching this thread for weeks now and I just couldn't wait any longer. I don't have a Disney Visa and I'm not an AP holder or florida resident, so none of those would apply to me. I just changed from POP to CBR this morning. Right now, its an extra $700.00 which I can swing, but I was hoping for a code. Our dates are right after MLK weekend, so i'm not sure if it will be included in any of the codes, but here's hoping! Enjoy your morning everyone! Can't wait for Disney!!!!!

Called and got my ressies switched. I did a split stay with Ap rates, AKL for $144.00 Standard view and WL for 169.00 woods view. They say you can add dining after Nov 7 for AP holders but it converts it to a package, and it can be done up to 3 days ahead of travel. They are also offering a new dining plan for counter service.

I have been up with you ladies reading all your posts in the early AM waiting for those codes. I am to brain dead in the mornings to post a logical thought so I just read and laugh and get excited with you.

I was wondering if you'd give me your opinion. We have a ressie through TA but I am waiting on the codes of course. I was thinking of calling and reserving another room today (value) just in case when the codes do come out and if my TA can't apply them, or if she has to cancel my ressie and then do a new one there might not be any rooms left, I would then have a back up BUT I am wondering if I DO make another reservation maybe they won't even send me a pin code. I got the Disney Visa just for this so I am hoping something will come through but should I call and make another ressie? (Jan 24 until Feb 1).

Congrats! I assume that is with tax. What are your dates? I couldn't get it for Jan 28 to Feb 3. Maybe I should call back and see if any of the nights are available. I'm paying 329.90/night with tax so that would save me about $50/night.

I woke up a bit late and had to rush to a parent teacher conference. I called when I got to work-maybe I should have called on my cell phone from the school. But I checked availability at rack rate earlier this week and CL wasn't available for my dates at full price so I really didn't think I'd get AP.

Can I just call and ask for the Annual Pass discount even if I dont have the code? I dont want to buy the Annual Pass if I cant get the discount. We already have ressies for Poly gardenview Jan.20 - 27.

Yes. You just need AP when you check in.

Yes but then you have a package so you have to pay off the entire balance at 45 days out. But you don't need to buy park tickets when you book AP with dining.

What I did was keep my AAA reservation and I am going to call my agent and have her apply the code... if she can get it for me great .... I also made a reservation with Disney... which I can cancel should my AAA agent be able to get it for me.... so right now I have reservations with both..... actually I have a room only resrvation, a package reservation and a AAA reservation.... and I will cancel 2 as soon as I figure which is best....the Disney folks told me if a Disney Visa deal comes out I can add that as well.... which surprised me because I didn't think you could stack codes...

So much for historic trends! Thought the VISA offer would be out before AP room discounts. Originally, I had the dining plan on our package. I decided it didn't work for us, so I cancelled it - and all our dinner reservations except Chef Mickey's. Now I'm wishing I had held onto them in case the offer IS free dining. Everyone will be calling at the same time to try and book restaurants...is it worth it to re-book today in case free dining comes out? I can always cancel them again.
