I already booked our room at Pop at $62.30 a night AAA rate, which I’m very happy with. But I will join others waiting as I’m a sucker for discounts and more time at WDW.

Does that price include tax? I think that's a great price either way. How much more savings can you get? I hate when people talk about how expensive the rooms are and then you prices like 150 for a hotel in S. Carolina or Georgia( which is where we usually stop on the way down.)

When you stop and look at the price of hotels that aren't on Disney property they can be more expensive. Of course, I'm only referring to the values at Disney. Just a place to sleep, shower and change clothes before I head out the door to more fun!!!

No the price does NOT include tax the price per night with taxes and fees comes out to be 70.25 a night which I believe is still a fair deal. But now I’m getting cold feet warring if one room will be enough for the 4 of us (DS 13, DS 15, me and DH)

We're in for the January code watch. It will be our first time with an AP. We're staying the 18-29 - longest trip ever for us. We have a ressie at the POP, but that will soon change if we can figure out which Mod we want to stay in (or if we figure out how to pay for the WL - our favorite). Here's hoping for codes!

Didn't know if everyone else knew or not, but if you have an AP you can book through the best rate program through 2-16-05, I believe. I did this for Jan 5-9 and got 59 dollars a night for the POP

Well it looks like I too will be hopeing for a great rate in Feb! Our June 05 trip has been moved back again! Thanks for all the info on this thread already. I am thinking of Feb 2 - 6. How are the crowds and weather that time of year? Thanks!

We've been in Feb a couple of times. Nice weather, not as cold as most of January. The crowds are very manageable, just remember that it is Summer vacation for most kids in South America.

Tried for my dates (Jan 1-7), but nothing available. Guess I'll just have to try and get an AP rate when they come out, although this rate doesn't beat the CAA (AAA) rate by much anyway.

Thought I'd join the party, too! We're considering an early January trip--last year we went Jan 8-12 and stayed at WL for 144/night (woodsview) on a room-only code. Great rate and a great trip! Now we're considering going again, since it was a fun way to start the year, but our trip is pretty dependent on getting another good deal.

Crossing all fingers, toes, etc. for us and for all of you, too!!!

Hi, Is anyone flying out of Wisconsin area? I'm watching Midwest Airlines prices, and they just keep on climbing. I think I'm going to book our flight soon, but was wondering if anyone has used any other service out of Milwaukee or Chicago or Minneapolis? I'm wondering about the smaller airlines and what their reputation is like.... any advice is greatly appreciated.
p.s. We are traveling Jan. 16-23.

We are flying out of Rockford. $79.00 one way. Parking is free and you can get in and out of the airport easily. If you are flying out on Saturday the rate may be a little higher.
