Cant seem to get a studio anywhere...What's going on? Presidents Day? kids off school??

I don't know of anything special. I'm going to be at Jambo, I have 2 value studios that I booked around 5 months ago. It's part of my "get out of Ohio's winters" stay.

I believe that is right around President's day. I know it is getting harder to book a trip once it gets to within a few months and you are at the 3 month point at this time.

Presidents' Day is in February and MLK Day is Jan. 16. It seems that DVC is getting harder and harder to book on short notice. There was a time when late January would have had vacancies virtually until check-in, at least at SSR and OKW.

We'll be @ OKW in a 1BR Jan. 20-27, 2012. I don't think that week is special in any way. Crowd calendars on Easy WDW seem low that week.

As of last week (on Saturday, Oct. 1), I had my choice of studios at BLT, SSR, OKW & Kidani for Jan. 20-22. We booked BLT for DS's birthday weekend. MS didn't mention low availability then; don't know what happened in 8 days!

i believe i called on the 6th of Oct...then i called the next day and just booked starting on jan 23 into Feb 3...weird....thanks for the replies tho
