Gypsy Gal and family -- welcome aboard! Looking forward to sailing with you all.
Heather and Jen, good question about the Sunday port timing issues. I'm looking around for my copy of the Passporters Guide to the Disney Cruise Line, which does a good job of outlining the first few hours of the cruise. Unfortunately, I lent the book to friends of ours who are cruising with us. I'd recommend getting a copy of it, either at a local bookstore or from the publisher at www.passporter.com. I'm going by memory, but I believe these are the general items of debarkation day. Others here can update where I'm wrong or you can ask direct questions on the DCL forum:
Earliest ship boarding is 1PM I believe; your stateroom may or may not be ready at this time. The latest would be 3 or 3:30. The mandatory safety drill is at 4PM I believe, and the "sail away" party on the top deck starts at 5. Here's some good info from AllEarsNet which covers boarding. Check out other articles by Deb Wills on AllEarsNet .... she's a cruise veteran with lots of good info. Personally, I got to meet her at last summer's MagicMeets Disney convention in Camp Hill PA.
