We always go to Disneyland and was thinking of planning a family trip to WDW in the middle of Jan 16. Was wondering if there are rides and or water parks that are usually down refurbishments. Thanks

You can pretty much count on Splash being down, as well as one water park. Other rides will vary.

This has always been our experience. After many January trips.
