Jambo vs. Kidani GVs

I'd like to know the differences (other than location) between the GVs at Kidani and Jambo. We would reserve a Savannah view. We have stayed at Kidani, so I am aware of the bus and dining situations, and the differences in the pools. Thanks much!

One thing I know is that Jambo GVs are all on one level, no second floor like most of the GVs. And they have a pool table.

The big difference is Jambo GV's are single story and have the pool table room and larger balconies.

Kidani GV's are 2 story (there's a hallway entrance on the upper flooray and have a smaller upper "living room" that overlooks the main living room with a 2 stories ceiling and tall window..

If I were fortunate enough to be booking a GV, I would want to try Jambo just because it seems more "over the top" in a fun way with the pool table room.

From what I read on other forums the Jambo GV was remodels from regular hotel rooms and the Kidani GV was built to be DVC GV. We just came back from staying in the Kidani GV and they only thing I can complain about is the walk to the room. The view was beautiful but the room was the last one down the hallway. I think they said our was was 1/3 mile from the lobby. I'm not sure where the GV are located at Kidani.

Stayed in both. I prefer Jambo because at my age, 1 level suits me and it had a pool table for all to play with after a long day at the parks, oh yes & the dining table was huge! I gave it a 10+

Kadani, was nice over all but 2 level, much smaller dining area & kitchen, no pool table Had I not already stayed in Jambo I would have loved it. I give it an 8.

Jambo GV just had lots more roaming about room for the 10 of us that stayed there (all adults)

Still, Disney lived up to the spectacular views, warmth & comfort. Enjoy

(Note, it includes a pre-construction Jambo plan with 2 game tables before they decided on the pool table in the game room)

Go to Google and hit the Images tab and then search for "Jambo grand villa" and after that do another page and search for "Kidani grand villa." You will get room layouts doing that and get more than one version.

I have only stayed at Jambo's GV and I would agree with a PP that it is over the top. There's even a tv in the master bath! We came back to our room to find 3 of the teenage girls in their suits, sitting in the tub watching a show drinking soda from the wine glasses!
