thinking hollywood and vine for breakfast , my little guys is 3 1/2 and are only going for jake is he always there and is food any good?

It's a must-do for us for breakfast. Not anything special food-wise, but not terrible. It has your typical b-fast fod items. (pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruit, yogurt, lots of other stuff). It gets a bad rap around the boards here, but we like it. Dont care for the food at lunch- so we opt for the b-fast. Its less busy if you go a little later ( we always go 10 ish) and we always get good character interaction. From what I have heard from a friend, Jake IS there both meals.

I agree with PP. The food is basic breakfast fare but it's well cooked and tasty for what it is. The character interaction is what we go for. If you can, book a later meal there - we typically try to book around 9:30 or 10:00 and the place is 3/4 empty so you get lots of face time with the characters.

I think the place must be almost empty most of the time. We had an 8:30am ADR there when we were here last week and the place was almost empty. Only the room on the right was being used and we saw all the characters three times in the time we were there. Food was decent, but what can they do with breakfast food really. OK, but nothing special. Character interaction was really good though. We had Jake, June, Agent Oso, and Handy Mandy.
