Jake and the Neverland Pirates?

Any sightings of Jake and the Pirates onboard? It seems a no-brainer to add them to DCL, especially to Castaway Cay, but I haven't seen any references. My little guy loves Jake and it would be good to have some new characters for boys. (although since they are supposed to be kids, I am not sure how they would work as face characters....)

My daughters love them too but as far as I know, there are no character appearances of them. It just seems to be the classics. I think that Tiana is the most modern character that is on board.

I hope the have the cartoon on the on demand channels though.

As long as their height's were equal or only slightly taller than Mickey or Minnie, then their characters could be added, but not as face characters, just characters.

My son loves Jake and the NLP too, and I was hoping to see some on our recent Magic cruise, but no luck. BUT, Captain Hook and Mr. Smee are on the ship, and as far as he is concerned that is where they are from, so that was nice.

We were on the 10/18 sailing on the Magic and during one of the family play sessions in the Oceaneers Club one of the Cast Members told me they are currently in the process of adding a bunch of new characters. They haven't had any new characters in a while and were still working with same childrens programming from 5 years ago.
I did not see Jake and his Pirates at all. My daughters were a bit disapointed but did like watching them on TV.

Jake was just added to DHS this month - he's where the little Einsteins were as well as at H&V, so hopefully he will be onboard the ship soon. He isn't a face character, he is made more like Handy Manny or the Little Einsteins with the big hard head.

It's kind of funny my DD's know who Tinkerbell is but really have no idea who Peter Pan is. They only know who Captain Hook is because of Jake & NLP.

She talks about Hook all the time saying that "He's so mean, he took their kites". I wonder how she will react when/if she meets old Hookie onboard.

Sorry, that wasn't very clear of me.
I meant in order to add 3 new characters to the gang, unless they were to employ more "friends of" the characters, then the "friends of" Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Chip n Dale, would be the "friends of" Jake, Izzy and Cubby.
The "friends of" Goofy and Captain Hook would already be busy, if you see what I mean
