Jacksonville Bypass

We will be approaching Jacksonville on Friday morning around 8:00 or so. I was wondering if we would be better off using the bypass or just staying on 95? Thanks.

You will need to take I-295 South at that time of the morning, while you will have some traffic around the I-10 interchange most all the traffic will be traveling in the opposite direction. After you cross the Buckman Bridge (mile marker 10) traffic will also pick up until you reach the connector back to I-95 South. The new on ramp back on to I-95 South has been completed but there is still some construction in the area on I-95. The new connector from I-95 North to I-295 North has also been reopened.
