'Jacks Pak' - Delivery to the UK

I received an email three weeks ago confirming 'Jacks Pak' had been sent to me, but have yet to receive it. I would just like to check whether I'm being impatient, and how long it took other UK brides to receive theirs. It's difficult to contact him through email as he just sends a generic reply, so if you think I should have it by now I will be giving him a call.

I have been very kindly reassured that it has taken some 5 weeks to receive the pack...so I guess I'm going to have to be patient.

I feel silly about stressing over it; but I still hope it comes soon, I want to get everything planned that I can before I start my third year of uni, where I know I will be completely overwhelmed. Oh well, wedding planning will be such a wonderful distraction
