24th July

Woke up and decided to do a bit of shopping today. The kids decided it was time for a swim so we decided on a lazy morning and shopping in the afternoon. Everyone splashed about in the pool and then I showered and we all had sandwiches for lunch before heading to International Drive. DS wanted to look in Ron Jons so we stopped there first. I picked up some t shirts for the kids but DH couldn’t find anything he liked. We had a wander about Festival Bay and although it as a beautiful mall it is a shame it is so empty. We then headed up to the Prime Outlets as DH and my Dad wanted a look for some Greg Norman golf stuff – which they got. We popped into Tommy Hilfiger and got the kids some jeans and DH got a couple of polo shirts.

By this time we were all hungry to found the nearest I Hop and all had pancakes of some description.

Then it was onto Downtown Disney. We headed to Westside and some time was spent in Virgin Megastore where the kids parted with some more $$$$$$$ on a Pokemon book and a Super Mario book. We then just wandered about the shops, stopped and watched the talking bin and just enjoying the atmosphere on DTD in the evening.

By this time the kids were shopped out so we headed off home and I started the gruesome job of packing!!!!!

Nice relaxing day.Gotta love pancakes at IHOP.We're always in there!!!.
Is Festival Bay still really empty???.We went in 2004+it was REALLY empty-was hoping for some more life in there by the time we go next year.x.

Restful day, I do hate the thought of packing to come home though. Mind you I hate doing the packing to go too.:)

We usually go to IHOP at least once every trip.

I love shopping days. We've never tried I Hop but hears lots of good things about it so may have to visit one in December.
