Jacket Required this time of year?

Heading out tomorrow and the lows will be in the low 60s.

Seems like that might require a light jacket although I've never taken them in the summer before.

Since you'll be walking around I'm assuming, if it says low 60's, a shirt with a long-sleeve shirt over top would probably be sufficient. I'm a big "hoodie" girl myself. I'm in San Diego and wear a hoodie to the movies or Sea World (annual pass) when I go at night.
 
We have never needed them in the summer even at 6AM or 1AM. We are going Wednesday and will not bring them. Just shorts and tee-shorts!
 

I live here in Southern California and always take a hoodie with me when we are going to be somewhere at night. The air is cooler here - it's the sun that warms it up during the day. DS and I were in the parks last week, and we were both wearing hoodies to watch the Electrical Parade.
 
I take a sweatshirt when going to DL at night. It does get cooler at night and even if I don't need it I still like to have it.
