No, I don't think so. We saw one when we were there just a few weeks ago (mid-December). I did hear that he is no longer in DisneyLAND (CA) because people were "stalking" him. Too bad...

edit to add: here's an article which refutes the stalking and flashing accusations. Guess I should have looked it up before I posted.

Apparently, we can blame the fact that they moved him out to Tom Sawyer island for the waning interest, and also the introduction of the pixies.
