how does the Jack and Sally meet and greet usually go around Halloween time?? Do they have listed times they are out? Do they have genie plus lines to meet them?? How long are the lines typically early in the season? Any other insight into your experiences would

They are usually next to the Pieces of Eight store (next to the exit of Pirates) in a little courtyard. I've seen both of them there but not at the same time. There is always a line, but it isn't crazy long.

There are no Genie + lines for characters at Disneyland.

We have almost always met them together, in that courtyard, but you are not promised which you will see, and it may be only one of them or the other by the time you get up in line. They do an excellent interaction, which is great, but also means the line moves slowly. Plan to be in line 30 minutes or more, depending on how you hit it. There is no G+ for characters, so it is just wait in line. The characters take breaks at times also. They have always had a Photopass photographer there when we have met them.

I waited in line for about an hour last month, but I knew timing wasn't the best. I had peaked in a couple of times before and Jack was alone most of the time. Never saw Sally meeting solo. I barely saw her at all before, maybe because it was pretty early in the season. I did get lucky and got both, so I guess the hour was worth it.

We are here now. Lines were very long and slow moving. We say them meeting together yesterday. Be prepared for a long wait, but the interactions are great!

I went in mid September and Sally was frequently NOT meeting. It seemed like Jack was meeting by himself more often than he was with Sally. A cast member verified this. Don't know if it's still true. The meet is always a gas.
