Sorry. What does that mean. The airport has a list of people allowed to be at the airport or a list of preferred companies?

Trip advisor and Google have several reviews and all are 5 out of 5
Seems weird That’s why I’m asking

They are not on the authorized list of vehicles for hire permitted by the airport; thus, they may be operating illegally or with the wrong type of permits. I searched both by name and by both of the phone numbers listed on their website.

Ross answered your question. If you prefer trip advisor and google rather than the authorized list that's your choice.

I prefer to get other people’s opinion from a trusted board. No disrespect to Ross but he is one man and how do I know he is not a disgruntled past employee?
I’m looking for people who have used his service for reviews
Not so much your thoughts on my questions
No way to say there not on the list. You , me, or Ross have no way to know what other companies they may have or what phone numbers may be listed
They may not be. But we can’t be sure unless you know there whole story

Again was just asking if any members here may have used the service as I have to suppose they have with all the reviews online but we know how those can be fake

That is the list of companies who have airport permits and are legally authorized to operate there. J&A does not have an airport permit. The only car service in the area that I have worked for is Mears; I left them three years ago to become a Cast Member.

I should clarify that Mears is the official ground transportation concessionaire at MCO, but the list I posted earlier is the list of other companies who hold airport permits.

Again thanks. And again don’t mean any disrespect. Was just looking for someone who has used then on this board to get there experience

I am not familiar with any list so I have contacted the airport Mco. And you are correct they are not on the list but they informed me that a company can still drop and pick without being on the list
Seems kinda silly unless there getting money out of it
Anyway. Please don’t take my words negatively I am just asking
Thank you. And if anyone has used please advise

It's not illegal to not have a permit...or all rideshares would also be illegal as those companies are not on that list either. What having a permit allows is for drivers to use a specific area for drop off/pick ups. So, for pick up you'd likely need to go find them outside vs them coming in to get you and assisting with luggage because they can't leave their vehicle in a designated spot.

Uber and Lyft operate under a different set of rules and regulations, but they do, effectively, have blanket permits for all of their drivers, and there are certain rules that their drivers are required to follow in the airport for both pickups and drop offs.

That makes sense. Thanks
