I went there last week, we arrived at the GF at around 10:30am, went into our room which was right above it. I walked down and tried to make a haircut appointment, they said they could fit me in at 11:30. They called me about 10 mins later saying they could fit me in even earlier and to come down. I'm sure your mileage may vary but I was able to get in quick.

DGD had an appointment on her birthday this month
First they were more than 30 min behind for our appointment. Got a hefty discount because of it, that I never even expected. Then someone came in while we were there to ask if they could get a cut that day and they thought he could be worked on several hours later but were not positive. They told him to call back
