I've struck GOLD!

After being on the Stay off the Evil Scale challenge for 1 month which ended a couple a days ago - I lost 6lbs! which put me into the next clippie which is a GOLD clippie!!!! I also took off 6 1/2 inches! That challenge really helped me see there is more to being healthy than the number on the scale!

And as always If it weren't for this board and all you very kind and supportive people here I would not have ever stayed on plan and come this far! I am only 5lbs from my 1/2 way point!


Together we can ALL achieve our goals!!
