ive had my OFSTED inspection today !

and I was graded good by OFSTED, with some areas graded as outstanding ! really pleased with that, ive worked so hard over the last 12 mths to improve my practice that it was nice to see it being recognised

i will be glad of a rest later

well done honey, id love to get an outstanding from OFSTED, we are due a visit, at my new school, before oct 1/2 term, but im sure they ll shove the old staff in front of inspectors, not me
during my nqt year my deputy was a OFSTED inspector and she observed me, that was hard enough,

I called ofsted today and gave my regisnation lol, Im on maternity leave for a year now and not going back
