It's hard not to get excited. I keep telling myself, "once we have the keys we can celebrate". So we have very quiet, internal, mini celebrations in our head.

It's 3 bedroom so plenty of room for guests.

Yeah I hate that part, but it's necessary. Luckily, our Agent gives us a Home Depot Book, gift card and a bottle of champagne at closing. I know because I closed a condo with him before. He's one of the best.

And as far as the American flag is concerned, maybe we'll replace it with a Gay flag. Big one.
