Call Disney dining and asked to be connected to the Coral Reef, someone will answer and respond. I had called Debbi several times too without a reply. I called the main number and talked to someone who said everything was already lined up for me. I said I received no phone call or email, and they apologized profusely. I think they are super busy...summertime, school's out in almost every state, in NJ we're done tomorrow, so relax (I know it's nerve racking), but I called 3 weeks in a row. Week 1 voicemail to Debbi with 3 phone numbers and 3 email addresses. Week 2 same thing. Week 3, Coral Reef Restaurant Mgt. via 407-WDW-DINE, got transferred.
