I've got Golfer's elbow but....

.... I've never played a stick of golf in my life !!

I've had a grumbling ache in my left elbow for some months now and being a typical bloke I've left it and sort of ignored it hoping it would go away.

Anyway, it got slightly worse recently so I checked it with the Doctor yesterday who tells me that its Golfer's Elbow ! It seems that there is nothing I can do to cure it other than rest it. Rest it from what though is the mystery.

Apart from bellringing 3/4 times a week which uses shoulder muscles more than the elbow ones I'm at a loss ! I also drive a lot over long distances maybe 600-800 miles a week, but there's no elbow stress in that is there ?

The doctor has suggested I take Ibuprofen now to get the symptoms under control which I've done.

We'll just have to see how it goes over the next few weeks.

as well as the Ibuprofen a little less campanology and driving might help
