I have a feeling this is one of those "duh" questions but here goes:
For our upcoming trip in July I thought I would have to cancel our PS at CRT so I had made one at the Princess breakfast at Epcot. Now I don't have to cancel so we have two Princess meals during our trip. Is this really redundent (sp?) or are they different enough that we could keep both? My DD would like to see Jasmine and I have read on these boards that she usually shows up in Epcot. We're not into princesses in a big way like she is with Buzz (when willl they create a meal for him?) but she likes them just the same and was excited to hear Cinderella would be at the castle. I was just wondering what you thought. Thanks.

How old is she?

I would do two princess breakfasts in one visit, myself, so I don't think they're redundant. The environments are diff, the food is different, the Princesses are usually a bit different, heck, the parks are different!

I, honestly, have never done the CRT, but did the PSB a few weeks ago, and really really loved it.

I'd go to both - but keep in mind that no other character breakfasts appeal to us at all BUT the princess ones/face ones (1900, CRT, and PSB are the only ones we'd pay for)

Ask her, see what she thinks!

How old is she
She is 4 yrs old. When I asked her if she wanted to eat in the Castle she asked if she would see Cinderella and really liked that she would. When I ask her which princesses she would like to see Jasmine and Belle are the ones who repeatedly come up.

If money is not an object, I would go to both. We had a fun time with my niece who was about the same age. They are both pretty pricey events, but it was great fun to share her delight.

Aimeedyan is right - everything is different (although we did see a couple of redundant princesses) Being "in the castle" is a thrill, and the Norway setting is lovely. Frankly, the food at both is okay, but your money's worth is for the Princesses and the settings(and worth every dime!) I did find that the characters were just a little more relaxed and attentive at Norway.

I've done (and will do) both!

They are a bit different. There will be duplicate Princesses but some are not.

Last year at CRT we saw Cinderella, Prince Charming, Belle, and Snow White and then at PSB we saw Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Snow White, Jasmine, Mulan and Alice.

I would do both as well. 4 year olds love that stuff. Might as well do as much as you can while she still enjoys it. As far as a character meal with Buzz goes, I wouldn't be holding my breath. From what I have heard, the Buzz (and Woody) costumes are very difficult to move around in.

When is your CRT breakfast? Is it the last week of July? I would consider cancelling it. Okay not really, I was just trying to get CRT for the end of July.

We have PSB breakfast booked for July 28th and I think it will be fun. If time and money allows I would do both - why not your at WDW and everything is magical.

Have a great time:D

I would do both. 4 years old is such a magical age for WDW- everything is os 'real' to them. We did CRT with DD4 last year and plan to do both princess meals this year. She thinks eating in the castle is a must- let's hope I get that PS- but she also wants to eat with Jasmine (her favorite princess) too. So, we are going to do both this year. She will be 5 this year and we are going to try to pack in as much 'magic' as possible while she is still young.

On our recent visit we had dinner at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella and also did PSB because DD4 is sooo into princesses so I don't think two princess meals is too much. At PSB we saw Mary Poppins, Jasmine, Belle, Mulan and Sleeping Beauty.

 That's bad, lol.

I'm hoping to do both with my DD (3) next trip. I'm debating (but certainly have plenty of time to decide  ) CRT breakfast and PSB breakfast, OR 1900 PF dinner, PSB breakfast, and CRT dinner...if I could get them of course.

DO BOTH!!! We did both last year with DD4 and DD1. And we have both booked for this September as well. DDs loved them and almost more importantly, DH and I loved to give it to them!

Do both. We had both scheduled in Dec. but my husband was so tired of Epcot (we walked way too much to get to PS before the Candlelight Processional) that we ended up not going to PSB. We did do CRT and 1900 Park Fare. Whenever anyone asks my DD4 what her favorite part of the trip was her response is ALWAYS "eating in the castle with the princesses". We saw Belle, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin, Cinderella and the Fairy Godmother(downstairs). It was magical for all of us. The castle is beautiful. I have booked CRT for this Sept and plan to book PSB as well (this time I will avoid Epcot beforehand). It is my understanding that Mulan and Jasmine are regulars there. My daughter waited in China for 2 hours to see Mulan in Dec. and she never showed. So I am hoping she will be at the Breakfast.

My DD is also into Buzz and my DS2 1/2 only talks about Buzz. He even named his girl dog Buzzy. I, too, wish they would have a meal with Buzz.

Have a great time!!

We did the PSB in May. It was great. Food was good and interaction with the Princesses made it worth the time and money. We saw Belle, Mary Poppins, Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White. They actually had time to talk to my daughter and niece. Jasmine suggested they visit her and some of her friends later in Morocco. Minnie and Wendy from Peter Pan were outside the castle when we left. We went to Morocco later in the day, I think it was around 5:00, and Jasmine was there with Aladdin. It turned out it was the same Jasmine. She remembered my daughter. That thrilled her. They talked about the breakfast and how she had enjoyed her day at Epcot. We also found Belle and the Beast in France, Pooh and his friends in UK and Snow White in Germany. The lines for the characters in Epcot were not as long as they were other places.

Thanks for all the replies. Tink2 mentioned wanting to pack in as much "magic" as possible in her daughter's trip (I don't know how to inset quotes) while she is still young and I want to do the same thing. They grow up way too fast. Both places sound like so much fun, I don't think I could choose now if I had too. Disney Princesses...here we come:Pinkbounc

we're planning to do both... if you can afford it (and afford the time!) i say go for it! :o)

On my last trip, I did CRT, PSB and 1900 Park Fare dinner w/Cinderella. You can never have too much Princess magic! :)

My 5 year old dd is really into princesses - so we have PS's for CRT, PSB and Cinderella's Gala Feast! They're only young once.
