I've changed our PSs (and hotels) so many times now that my family believes I'm nuts! I don't know why I'm having so much trouble this time, it's not our first trip. So could somebody (anybody) check out what I hope is our final PS plan and give me their opinion? I am open to suggestions!

Trip is 2 nights at Nick Hotel
11 nights at GF
4 nights at HRH

Universal and SeaWorld are so easy to pick - Dine with Shamu, Margaritaville, HRC, etc.

DIsney has too many wonderful choices. SO here's the plan (as of now):

Friday, July 1
will arrive at GF by 7:30 after two nights at Nick Hotel

Dinner: Liberty Tree Tavern

Saturday, July 2
Lunch: Sci-Fi
Dinner: Chef Mickeys

Sunday, July 3
Lunch: Plaza Restaurant
Dinner: Ohanas

Monday, July 4
Breakfast: PSB in Norway
Dinner: Whispering Canyon Care
- then back to hotel to swim and watch fireworks!!!!

Tuesday, July 5

Lunch: Prime Time Care
Dinner: Hollywood Brown Derby - Fantasmic Dinner Package

Wednesday, July 6
Lunch: Morrocco (sp?) Restaurant in Epcot
Dinner: Chefs de France

Thursday, July 7
Breakfast: CRT
kids do Wonderland Tea Party
Dinner: Kona Cafe

Friday, July 8

Lunch: AK RFC
Dinner: Boatwrights at POR - carriage ride at POR - River Roost Lounge show

Saturday, July 9

Kids do Pirate Cruise
Lunch: Grand FLoridian Care (kids don't care for uncrustables and were starving after PC last year)
Dinner: Kids at NEverland Club
DH and I Narcooses

Sunday July 10

Breakfast: Kona Care
Dinner: Boma
Then Wishes Fireworks Cruise

Monday, July 11
Breakfast: Crystal Palace
Dinner: 1900 Park Fare

Tuesday, July 12
Breakfast: 1900 Park Fare
Kids do Grand Adventures in Cooking then we transfer to HRH

THe ones I have the most doubts about are: Kona Cafe for dinner, Boatwrights for dinner. Should we change them? Give me your honest opinions. Thanks

I can't imagine being disappointed at Kona Cafe.
Boatwright's is fine. But followed by a carraige ride sounds very good!

Stick with your plans. They look fine. Don't worry, have fun and RELAX!

Kona is excellent - Boatwright's is fair....

I just went thru the same dilemma trying to narrow down my must eat at restaurants. I made a baragin with myself that the ones I miss this trip, I will get to in Aug or Dec.....

Actually I've been thinking the same thing. We'll be back in January for DH to run the marathon so I've promised myself that we'll do the campfire at FW, Le Cellier and the Italian restaurant in Epcot then.

Sounds like you'll be stuffed with about 2 PS's a day! Also sounds very yummy! Have you been able to spread out your lunch and dinner PS's so you'll be hungry when it's time for dinner? I know sometimes the later dinner times don't come out until about 30 days out. You're going to have a great time!

Regarding Sea World, we were going to do the Dining with Shamu last year, but when we found out it was outside (in June, on Super Hot days), we went to the Shark Encounter Dinner. I don't remember the exact name, but you ate in the bottom of the aquarium where the sharks were swimming around. The food was great, and the kids loved watching the sharks. We were at a table right next to the tank, too.

What about going to Boma's that day rather than Boatwrights? It is your AK day and Boma's fits into that nicely - the AKL is a beautiful resort to look around and see the animals. Of course you're doing Boma later that week so you'd still need a replacement. If you are worried about Boatwrights (I've never been there) perhaps House of Blues? I've not been to the one in Orlando but always enjoyed the others I've been to. I'd guess the food is similar and you'd get to DTD.

I also have 2 PS's most days because my 3 yr old is allergic to peanuts/tree nuts and a type 1 diabetic. It does seem like a lot but we have to have our meal choices planned in advance so we can get food he can eat. It is always a good idea to have a place to sit down in the summer in a cool place and eat!

I do make the lunch early and the dinner later. If we're not able to do that DH and I usually will just have appetizers or salads and split an entree. With small children it really works out better for us to have PSs.

Selket that sounds like a good idea. Maybe I will switch to Boma for dinner the night of the carriage ride. We could take the monorail to MK, catch a bus for AKL and then just take a taxi after dinner over to POR. Sounds like a plan. Thank you.
