I've bought my last pack of diapers!!!!

I know its OT, but I need to celebrate! 3 years ago, we were buying 3 different sizes of diapers for then DD3, DS2 and newborn DD. Today, my baby girl has been in panties for a week!!!! I have successfully exited the diaper phase!

Yay, congrats to you and baby! We've been out of diapers for a good 2 years, but I still get so happy sometimes when I walk by the diapers or see a big box of diapers in someone else's cart and know that I don't have to buy them anymore.

Congratulations. My DH and I celebrated this very thing Saturday night with a bottle of campaign. I thought my stubborn 3 yo would never do it but he's been out of diapers and in underwear 24 hours a day for over a week now. It's so nice not to have to buy diapers anymore!!!

Wish I could get my stubborn 2yr almost 3y old to potty train. She was interested for while but suddenly has stopped. I am thinking that a few kids in her class have moved on and they were in underwear and she wanted to be like them. I am getting frustrated but what is one to do..

Both my kids were 4+yo before they were potty trained (both are high functioning autistic, but still..... )

It felt like I got a raise when I could finally stop buying diapers/good nights. Four years later, it's still miraculous when I hear dd8 run for the bathroom and close the door.

I am going on 10 years of diapers and just waiting for the last one to potty train. My other two boys did not train until 3-3 1/2 so I think I am in for another year of diapers.

DS2.5 is currently showing interest; but does not quite now when it is going to come... he is holding over night and long periods through the day. Put undies on him last week; would start to run just at the last moment. Try again next week or the next in the mean time I take him every 30 min or so.

mines actually in avaition..works with f 18.. inspector.

I joined the diaper-free club recently too. After 9 1/2 years of changing diapers I was officially done in late Feb.

Hopefully our diaper days will be behind us soon too. Oh I can't wait!!!! I hope the baby is as easy to train as my middle daughter was. We were on vacation when she decided she didn't want to wear diapers anymore. 2.5 years old. Once she made her mind up, that was it.
