I've been to DLP x times but have never...

That's one I ticked off last week, as they were running.

Never played golf either. :lmao:

I wouldn't want to play golf here at home, so going to DLP to play golf is the last thing I would want to do! :rotfl2:

Keel boats were running while we were there I think, didn't go on them though, what are they exactly???

I've been 9 times and never been on...

Indiana Jones
Space Mountain or Space Mountain 2
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster
Big Thunder Mountain
Autopia

The first 4 are because I'm 'coaster-averse' and Autopia just looks dull and the queues don't warrant the reward!

Keel boats were running while we were there I think, didn't go on them though, what are they exactly???

They do the same route as the Molly Brown or Mark Twain, but they are very small. People on the Mark Twain were all staring at us as we went past and I said to my daughter "They are thinking we're the poor people in our little boat" and she said "no, we're the rich ones with our own boat and they are on public transport" :lmao:
Our helmsman gave us a funny running commentary as we went around, but I'm not sure if they all do that!

I've been to DLRP 5 times and have never
Been inside Hotel New York.
Seen Wishes or the Tarzan show.
Eaten the Cinderella Slipper.
Ridden on a Main Street vehicle, space mountain, TOT, Cars or Crush's coaster.

Hope to remedy the last 2 next visit, can never be bothered to wait for a Main Street car, TOT is up there with SM in the "really wish I could pluck up enough courage bracket" ! ;)

I've been to Disneyland Paris 9 times (going for the tenth time in march! :thumbsup2 ) and I've never done:

- Autopia, which was closed most of the time or had huge lines.
- Main Street Vehicles, just never felt like it.

And I think I did everything else. It took me some time to discover the Storybook boats and the train... I first saw them on my 8th trip.

We've been 3 times (just had to double check that as thought we'd been more- think its coz we've got another 3 trips planned and booked)

and Ive never done

R and R, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones and never intend to as I dont do upside down (DH and DD have done RR and DH- SM)

Crush- too fast and wild (DD and DH have though)

Star Wars - unsure if will like it

Keelboats- never been open til last time and didnt get chance

Seen Tarzan Show

Eaten a character meal apart from breakfast and tea party

Although only been 3 times seem to have done a lot. And its always a good reason to go back to do what you've not done.

BTW- Good thread

Just returned from 4th trip and cant cross any of these off as having now done them - dont think I ever will with SM, R and R, IJ and Crush

I have been only once last month, there was loads and loads I never did....top of my head

Space Mountain - Hubby did though
Indiana Jones - 8 yr old son & hubby did though
Rock n roller coaster - 8 yr old son & hubby did though

getting the drift here??? LOOOOOOL !!!

didnt see the dragon he wasnt open

never saw much of the princess themed rides or areas as I have 2 boys !!!

wanted to do the nugget saloon but never got round to it.

didnt go in hot air balloon - hubby and two boys did though lol

storybook boats??? didnt even see that anywhere..

didnt find woodys roundup either or Santa..

oh well will have to go again next year and try and be braver haha

Been to DLRP only once and have managed not to kill, maim or physically assault any of the very ignorant rude 'people' who are there to 'enjoy' the Disney magic. Plan to go back more than once, but not sure whether return visits will be make me more or less tolerant.:scratchin

On a more serious note - reading this thread really highlights how well Disney caters to people with very different likes and dislikes. The fact that people can continue to enjoy repeat visits without experiencing many of the attractions highlights the parks' enduring appeal to all.

Happy New Year:love:

What a great idea!

I've been 3 times to DLRP but I've never...

Gone on Star Tours, Space Mountain, Dumbo or Phantom Manor [cowers]
Never eaten in Planet Hollywood or any of the table service restaurants - something I'm planning to do this time

I've never had a Good Morning Fantasyland Breakfast [ditto]

One ride I've always wanted to try is the Story Book Ride. I've seen plenty of pics but it's always closed when Ive been

I've never been on the Rock n Roller Coaster - too scary!

firstly, star tours is awsome....you have to check it out!

secondly, planet hollywood is a grate place...lovely food and grate service

yeah....rock and roller coaster is soooo scary!

i've been to DLRP lots of times....but i've never stayed in a hotel other than the shiane!

Hello everyone,
I wish you a happy new year!

I have been more than 20 times to Disneyland Paris, but I have never had a Character meal. This is because I always seem to be the only one in our party who would enjoy it .

Except for le vieux moulin, I have done all the rides. And except for Agraba Cafe, I have eaten at all the restautrants. But this fact will change as I am going to eat there this week :yay:.

I've been to Disneyland Paris 30 times, but I have never

1) Been on Orbitron
2) Been on Dumbo
3) Seen Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show
4) Been there for park opening

There must be loads more though!!

After Reading what you guys are saying, there are many more things I haven't done, but my list is soooo long there's no point adding the other stuff

I don't know exactly how many times we've been to DLP, somewhere between 100 and 150 weekends. (I know, we're crazy :))
But still there's one ride I've never done: the Main Street Vehicles. And there's also one restaurant I've never tried: Planet Hollywood. Think we'll never do that, so we always have a reason to go back ;-)

That's what I always do when I go somewhere on vacation: there is one thing I don't do, so that I have a reason to go back.

I have been to DLP many times (and going back on Friday!) and have never
- been on Orbitron
- been on the tea cups
- done the legends of the far west exhibition thing
- seen the Buffalo Bill Show
- eaten at the Plaza Inn (or however it is called at this park :) )
- been on Cars
- been in the hot air balloon
- Been in the attraction that used to be where Buzz Lightyear is now
- Never eaten at that pizza place in discoveryland, because I am too stupid to find it :confused3
- been on the keel boats
- been on the vieux moulin

That's about it!

I have been to DLP 4x and I have never
-seen fireworks
-Fantilusion
-eaten a counter service meal
- Autopia
-the Buffalo Bill Show
- Amagedon
-brought anything from the emporian
-Ate at Luckey Nugget saloon
-Main street cars
and any new attractions that opened after March 07:) and won't get to try them untill 2009 when we go back. (no trip to DLP this year as we are going to DL)

- Never eaten at that pizza place in discoveryland, because I am too stupid to find it :confused3

That's about it!

It's easy to find, just go around the outside of space mountain and its behind it. Its on the right of Honey, I Shrunk The Audience.

BTW, Honey, I Shrunk The Audience is an attraction I will never go on again. I've been on once to say that I've done it, mind you I was about 8 or 9 years old but this particular movie has but me off many 4D movies. I made an effort to go on Spiderman and such in Florida, but that was with the glasses half on, half off.

Sorry tad OT, I better get back to revising, my first module is on wednesday :scared1:
