I've been rescued!

I also LOVE Lady-- our sweet puppy, who just recently passed, was named Daisy (Daisy Lou). We think it's a great name!!

Since you are a golden or blonde little gal and will, like most puppies, enjoy playing in the wonderland of your new parents' garden, perhaps Alice?

Here I am, on my way to my new home. :)

Her size looks deceiving in this photo, she is very petite (to me) 50 lbs.

Thanks so much for all of your help and thoughtful posts.

I will write down all of the names so far, and pick out the top ones. Before getting her, I wanted a cream/golden goldendoodle and was going to name her Daisy, I am not sure if that fits her. Once again, thanks for all of your help, it is greatly appreciated, if anything else comes to your mind, please post it. I don't want to keep calling her baby. :)

Even though you are not purple colored I am going to suggest the pampered poodle in Oliver & Company . She is very pretty & delicate and her name is Georgette :) (Georgi)

I had originally said Lady when your new family thought you would be a golden girl but you have the family you belong to :-)

Congrats on the new family member! Would you mind saying where you rescued from? I'm in Tinley and we're considering a dog in the Fall. We had to put our cat down last month, and we're all missing having a pet in the house.

Oh she is so beautiful! Congratulations on your newest family addition. :lovestruc

***side note ***
Just wanted to add that we're orginally from the Tinley Park/Orland/Mokena area as well. Friends of ours moved from there and named their dog Tinley.:)

OMG - she is just adorable!!! Thanks for adding the pics!!!

I happen to love the Georgette (Georgi) suggestion from lovchefmic!

Minnie, Daisy, Belle, Aurora, Little Mermaid (can't think of her real name!!!...I'm not suggesting little mermaid..lol), Mulan...lol

I think Dory from finding nemo...

idk she just looks like a Dory! i think its cute!

if not Dory i also like:
Minnie (my aunt had a dog that looked like that named minnie!)
Lady (previous poster)
Georgie (previous poster)
Boo (monsters inc)
Penny (Bolt)
Belle (you could make it bella)

Oh, you look just like a Snow...as in Snow White...

Of course, if you are more of a free spirit - then the name Dory could suit you well!

just so you know i wasnt copying you i noticed this after sorry! but i agree with Dory

I like Lilo from "Lilo and Stitch"

or

Dory from "Finding Nemo"

I liked Lady, but after seeing her picture, she looks more like a bouncy playful name than a regal dignified name. :yay:

Cleo (Pinocchio)? Belle (Beauty and the Beast)? Boo (Monsters, Inc.)? Bianca or Penny (The Rescuers)? Perdita (101 Dalmations)?

After seeing her pic, I vote for Dory!

Every golden doodle I've ever met is a floppy, bouncy, happy-go-lucky dog with the attention span of a tse-tse fly.

If she's anything like that, "Dory" will suit her to a T. :lmao:

If she's a more serious-minded dog, then Belle is a good choice. Especially for a brunette.

Ohhhh....you are just such a little cutie!! Congrats on your new home! Can't wait to hear what your name is....
