ITUNES Question

Does anyone know if using ITUNES to download music is legal?? I know they advertised them in Pepsi commercials during the superbowl, so I assumed they must be. I know you pay a per song fee, but there are other companies that charge you to download songs as well that aren't legal.

So anyone know???

Yes, it is completely legal for the time being. I think that RIAA is still irritated about it but there is nothing illegal about it.

Yes, it's perfectly legal.

We use itunes all the time.

I think the Pepsi caps have to be used by 4/30/04
