iTunes always confuses me. I want to purchase a season of the Yo Gabba Gabba show for my daughter. Car trips are getting unbearable lately without distracting her. If I download it on my iPad, can I also put it on my iPhone without paying again? Should I download it from my computer or from the iPad?

Also, SD and HD are the same price when buying the whole season. I know that HD is going to take up a lot more memory, but would SD look a lot worse on the bigger screen of an iPad? I'm really not hurting for space on either device, but I don't know how much space that 200+ minutes of video would take up.

you can put it on both devises. It's probably easier to download it from your computer, but if you do it from the ipad you can transfer it to the computer and then to the phone.

Not sure about SD vs HD but I can't imagine a toddler would care much about the quality. We can fit 4 full legnth movies on our 64gb touches.

The videos will be available on either device. It should be in your cloud where you can download it to either but if that doesn't work, you can always transfer it via your cable and computer.

As for SD vs HD, I'd go with SD. It's a kid's show and the increased quality isn't going to be that important.

I agree with all above. Download from the computer, it will be faster most likely, and then they will be in your cloud, and you can add them and remove them from both devices as you want them. I also agree, SD for a kids show is fine.

The HD is good to have though, if you are playing it from your Ipad onto your TV, which I have done a few times.

That's what I was thinking too. But, how much more space does HD take up for approximately 200 minutes of video?

It does take up a lot of space. An HD episode of The Vampire Diaries takes up as much space as Tangled,if that helps.
