Just checked....it's still there.....listed 3 times on the homepage of ITunes Store. It's the first icon under music and it's also listed immediately under the music section and under the "What's Free" section.

Open Itunes store.

Scroll all the way to the bottom. Just under Classic Holiday Music and just above the links for help/support/manage/etc. is a section labled "Free on iTunes" it has a brown sign placed in snow with a blue background. You can also try this link:
